Any tips on getting a girlfriend? I never had a girlfriend before nor do I have good female friends. I hear that just because a person has a female friend, that doesn't necessarily means she will become his girlfriend. And that is true. I have heard that 1st appearance matters a lot so will it be better for me if I stop biting my nails and talking to girls? I know for a fact that my voice is a really bad turnoff. My friend say I need to impress a girl with my other qualities. What is the other qualities that I need to find to get a girlfriend? I am 19 years old already.

Everytime my beautiful 60 y/o wife who has movie star looks go out dancing, young men in their twenties are flirting and hitting on her when I go to the restroom. She gets digits often....I am not the jealous type so it does not bother me but am curious why the sexual attraction for a 25 y/o to go ga ga over a 60 year old woman.

ok my girl of nearly a year is starting to make me wonder.......

she has told me she loved me but acts like this...

tells me that this relationship is a full time job and she already has a full time job. Then the next day she is calling me asking me to take her to the airport.!!

Another time she told me I was clingy because I call her most days to see how she is, then again the next day she is emailing me to go and pick up (pay for aswell) a necklace that she reservered in a shop.

I treat this girl like a princess,give her lots of love, she eats at the best resturants, she never has to pay for anything. I also take her child out aswell to concerts etc. All this and I am also 10 years younger than her. Its not a bad deal.
Is this just how it is in a long term relationship or am I being sold short?

I have been seeimng this man for off and on for 4yrs. He was there four the birth of my son who is not his. The man who is took off and left me with no place to live and pregnant. I have lots of feeling for this man. He has a daughter from a previous marriage. He is way more into me than I am into him. I have been struggling with post pardum depression. So my feelings and enerything are all over the place and i am not sure what I want. He says he cant wait forever for me to decide. I just dont want to make a hasty decsion.Tell me what u all think.

He loves someone else and she broke his heart. Now, whenever a topic is opened about her, he changes the topic and acts as if he's okay but whenever I see him like that, it's like I want to hug him and tell him that it's okay. I want him to open his problems to me so that I can tell him everything I wanted to tell him for a long time about this issue. I don't want to confess that I'm having this feeling for him because I'm afraid of rejection. I know that he's not paying much attention to me and I'm afraid that when I tell him about it or when I give him signs, he'll avoid me and this little attention he's giving me will be gone.

I made a birthday card for one of my close friends. The material I bought was more than enough so I made one for my ex too as his birthday is coming up. He sent me a card for my birthday so I thought I should send him one for his birthday as well. But now I think a hand-made card for ex is not a good idea, because I don't want him to think I was going out of my way to make a card and trying to make him back. So is it ok for me to send it provided I keep it simple and friendly.

i honestly feel so lonely but i can not force a guy to be my partner. i used to have a bf 2 years ago but now im single and i feel like emptiness it hurts me so bad....this kinda of feelins come suddenly when i recall a pic of me and him or see anything that remind me of romance. So my girl went to a restaurant the other night.. the waiter was hitting on her, and gave her his phone number on the receipt. She showed me and let me rip it up. She said he asked her for her number and she told me she didn't give it to him and told him that she had a boyfriend. But he gave her his number anyway, cuz her other friend is married

Well last night, she went out again with another friend and they went back to this same restaurant. I asked if she seen him and she said "nope, i didn't see him" but didn't exactly talk about it

Okay--so there's this guy and i really like him, and i told a couple of my close friends and somebody that i told, told somebody else...so basically now the whole grade knows...which sucks. this guy is my ex and somewhat its been four years since i really seen him or had any contact with him. he gives me his number to call him so that he, his sister, and i could go out to eat lunch. i'm unable to because i have work and said could we reschedule it. he says sure and told me to call him to tell him when. I told him next month and he was ok with it. My thing is should i keep in contact with him and possibly think of him as a potential or should i just write him off as a friend and go about my daily life? Guy is doing petty little annoyances b/c I sort of yo-yo'ed and might've played Guy. Guy now completely avoids me but does little annoyances to get even. Does that mean that Guy hates me or could still like me and want attention?
