last year i met this 1 guy but we didnt really talk so yesterday while i was walking i decided to greet him even though he has a gf, but today he kept on looking at me and smiling and when i looked at him then he would like look away, and when he wasnt looking at me then i looked at him, and from the corner of his eye he saw me looking at him so he turned and looked at me as well and smiled.. why he acting like weird now?

You both like one another. If you have strong feelings towards him, you either go for it and tell him or, if I were you, would give it a few days more and see how he is going to approach the whole thing. He should take the lead. If he doesn't for some time, then you take the lead.
