no but Happy V-Day to you

I'm alone too on Valentine's Day. I will be going to work and the same girls will get the flowers and brag to me look what I got. I go through this almost every year, so I know how you feel. I'm not an ugly lady either, just had a guy stop me in the parking lot to tell me how beautiful I am. My point is this, just keep on giving, don't focus on the fact that you don't have someone, it will get you depressed. Just love life straight from you heart, keep giving. I don't know your age or where you live, but I'd invite you to hang out with me and we could complain about Valentine's Day.

No--I'm pretty cool with being alone this valentine's day. Freedom has it's own rewards. But since you're feeling down, why not challenge yourself and send a valentines day card, candy, or flowers to someone that has caught your eye? You might get lucky and find a new valentines that would like to go out with you this evening. I'll bet there's lots of women around you that you've overlooked that would be delighted if you expressed interest in them. It's a holiday--go for it!

I think people make too much of this day. It's like Christmas, good will to all men , why cant there be good will all year round? Valentine's is the same, why cant people show their love all year round? I'm on my own too and i love it, not one single card and i dont give a hoot. Sorry your not feeling well and if it means that much to you 'Happy Valentine's day' and a big kiss from me. x

Me too! I got dumped by my boyfriend just 2 weeks ago (when we had started looking at buying a house together). No valentines card, off work on long term sick leave & no one to spoil me tonight. I love Valentines, honest!

cards are just a jesture...i bet your friends love you without having to say it to your face or in a card.

I am one of the sick few who actually enjoy an excuse to get all soppy and romantic (sorry). my b/f is the complete opposite - so no romantic candle lit dinner for me - although we are going to see Music & Lyrics at the cinema tonight - so a romantic comedy and a night out to see it is a nice compromise. !

hope your feeling better soon. I have a cold on its way - my head feels twice as heavy and my throat is just plain irritating. My b/f said he has something for valentines that will sooth my throat. strepsils maybe......he he

no m8, welcome to the club!
33 and no GF and no cards for at least 6 years.
so stop moaning if you have your health go out and see if you can find a single girl to cheer up today!
have a valentines card in your pocket and goout and se if anyone will take you up on the offer to become your valentine!

i'd try it myself but i've not got my health.
good luck to you!
