Singles & Dating - 14 February 2007

For those that have dated people and been in a relationship with that special somebody I want to ask you something and that is How did you guys get into a relationship? Where did you guys first meet? What did you talk about at first? Where was your first date at? As you can tell I have never dated before but I really like this guy but I don't know what to do about it. I am 14 and super shy when it come to these things. Tommarrow morning when I see him before school starts and everything do you think there is something that I should do to him or say to him. He will be with his friends and that's why I'm scared and i won't really get a chance to talk to him any other time. I know that I have to be the one to so something about because he isn't going to like go out of his way to talk to me or anything because like he doesn't even know me. So I'm scared to talk to him and I don't want my friends to do it for me. I want to do it on my own. Any suggestions? What do guys like

Hi, I have this new coworker started working about 4 months ago, I asked her out twice, but she refused,, since then I just flirt with her and we talk like as a colleague..
She has been dating a guy... so I thought she will get flowers from him... All girl got flowers today... she did not..
Then I heard she talking to another girl, it seem the guy (one she was dating) brooked with her? today (I guess she had plan to go out with him for dinner, he cancelled it) and she seem very upset, calling guys immature... then when she left the wrok quite upset,, I asked she want me to send her flowers, she said she will be alright.. Then I called a local store and send her flowers at her home address. Though I told the store to send as anonymous, but she most likely guess that I send the flowers. What most girls think about it? Sweet thing or stalker? Can she complaint about me to boss. Can she will freak out, how i got her home address( i got from her CV, we all get new worker cv)

The guy I am seeing told me he would come over for Valentines Day so we could spend the evening together.

I waited until 11pm, and phoned him but he didn't answer. So I sent him a text asking him where he was, and he didn't reply.
I rang him for the last time at 12am and he didn't pick up again...as i'm writing this it is nearly 2am and I haven't heard anything.

I know he's ignoring me, but I don't know why. And I know he's going to phone me in the next few days but should I forgive him?

He's done this before but a long time ago,and this time it really upset me, this was our first valentines day together...what should I do?

I have a wonderful boyfriend. We're just gonna call him D. I have this major problem. My mom has a friend that is also a co-worker and her son likes me. We're gonna call him T. At first i thought he was just being friendly because he always smiled but one day his mom and sister came over our house. His sister(age 9 or 10)told me that he liked me and that he wanted to know how old I was.I thought she was just playing so I played along. I told her my age and she asked me if I liked him. I told her the truth, that he is alright so she asked me if I wanted to go with him. I told her not really but he still likes me. His mom even told me and one day he told his mom to call me but she wouldn't call me for him. This pass Tuesday, I ran into him and he kinda touched my jacket when i walked pass him and when i turned around, he was smiling really hard so i smiled back. I would go with him but i wouldn't and i wouldn't dare cheat on D so what should I do. He is cute and has a GREAT BODY. HELP!!!

i no all the qeustions are about boys, but the only worrys in my life are boys so IM SORRY!

right, this boy i used to tell him i loved him all the time (because i do love him) i no im only 14 and you might say its just a lille crush but i really do love him. Well he used to say he loved me, but then everything went wrong. And now i have to pretend that i dont love him! or everything will go 'wrong' again. I was talking to him today about how i feel, and he said 'mema thats in the past!!' like im not aloud to talk bout how i feel to him. I just dont no what to do, its oveus he doesn't like me but i cant stop thinking about him. Its really messing with my head what sould i do?

ps: i dont want to ruin our friendship, but im scared i will.

how can i get my bestfriend to like me. i love her but she has once said she only sees me as a friend. she also said that about 2 of my other friends who she began to like. she has also liked me a few years back but now i just cant see to get her attraction, and it kills me because i love her. What can i do, to "help" her notice i can be her next boyfriend and not just her bestfriend. she also tells me how her and her ex acted like best friends when they hung out and how much she liked that. I actually go for the shorter. I'm like 5'10 so that is not hard to do. But there are some girls that are 5'11 or 6'0. Most girls tend to be kind of short. In the 5th grade its another story but lets not get into thet.

questions to screen potential future losers? My friend Danny and I stayed up late one night, discussing the list of questions, based on our own experiences, we could ask on a first date that would prevent us from future dating hell. Some of mine:

-Do you feel it is appropriate to discuss our intimate life with my mother?

My friends say that the guy i like likes me back....i asked them why and they said that it was the way he looked at me today while they were with me...

sometimes, i end up in his class (im there to study with my friend) and we would always find him looking at me...we will look at eachother for like 5 or 10 seconds then turn back around...I really wish he liked me, but i dont think he does!

I am in a sticky situation with I guy I have dated for four months, recently, I discovered that he went behind my back spending time with this girl he knew for four years, (for only a few days), but haven't seen each other for two years, I had a funny feeling that week, so later on he told me that he was confused, and wanted to slow things down, not knowing what was going on, i have to ask him questions to find out what the real reason was, when i found out about her, he told me that she was a friend (never dated) that he was close with, and he didn't want to hurt me..and he wants a relationship...what is your intake on this...

What I did was I got a white teddy bear with some hersheys chocolate truffles and put the white teddy bear in a bag with that decorative paper. I also stuck a piece of paper that is in between the bears arms and it says " I hope you enjoy the gifts I have bestowed upon you. I was hoping that maybe you and I could go see a movie some time. Your Admirer, Derek" I will be giving this to her tomorrow.

So girls tell me what you think of my valentines day present (I am in 8th grade so keep that in mind when telling me how good or bad of a present this would be).

I am currently dating a wonderful person and he has been divorced for quite some time. His kids have very good communication with their mother, yet he has nothing to do with her. Yet information is relayed back and forth as to what each one is doing and it makes me feel quite uncomfortable since I really get no info. on her but they do go out of their way to make eachothers lives impossible. More on her side than his. I do question him as to what he really thinks of her and he is very negative in his responses and it makes me wonder why he is so considerate towards her. Is it insecurity? Maybe, but do men really move on?

I love this guy ,but he's rude.he lies.I spend my life waiting for any tidbit he will throw my way and he dosen't deserve me.I feel like I have to be there for him. I'm not stupid I just can't seem to break the ties.Iv'e taken care of him for 9 yrs and then left to go have my life but when I feel i'm gonna be ok he's back on the phone or in someway connects.I would tell anyone get on with your life ,but I can't seem to see the forest for the trees.When he comes around he sweet then in a matter of minutes it's the same and then I have to start all over again.I feel like I have to take care of everyone but me?I'm a giver and always seem to find the takers of the world.
