possibly she's only no longer performed reading yet, come across a second even as she is conversing to her acquaintances and frame of mind her and ask her for a speedy be conscious. i imagine she will be in a position to no longer be in a position to decline infront of her acquaintances. Take her somewhat further from her acquaintances adequate to whisper to her. Depending on a lot of things the only thing i am sure of is that if he likes you, he will ask you out. i promise. the best thing to do is not to throw yourself at him, makes it easy for some guys to take advantage of your feelings first. if he's talkin about you, keep it up, he'll come around

OK-
first, you can't MAKE someone ask you out. Well, if you had a gun to his head, maybe (NOT that I'm suggesting that!). But, you can hint (a.k.a. flirting, talking with him, etc.)
Also, if he's talking to his friends about you, there's a pretty good chance that he likes you.

if he talks about you to his friends, he most definitely likes you already. he may just be shy about asking you out. let him know that you like him and if that doesn't work, ask him out yourself!
