i been havin alot of that lately...a chick will say lets do somethin and when it comes down to making plans or meeting up she backs out or she says maybe some other time?

It could just be that she wants to be nice by saying she wants to make plans and doesn't actually want to do anything.

Maybe she's not sure of what she wants. She may think you're just a backup plan and that when something better comes up, she backs out. But this could be bad for her, because what if you constantly express feelings for her, wanna hang out nstuff and nothing happens. Then you move on and she will be left hanging. So it'd be her prob, not urs
