A transexual is someone who feels like he or she was born the wrong sex because he or she thinks like the opposite sex. For example, if a man is a "tranny" then he feels like he's a woman trapped in a man's body.

a transvestite. someone who has had a sex change. unless youre talking about cars, then it is totally different.
