Singles & Dating - 13 February 2007

I am 26 years old and I have been in the dating scene since age 19. My longest relationship has been 7 months and this was fours ago exactly. I have dated quite a few men but it seems like no one wants to make a committment to me. Often times I worry that I may never marry and I haven't figured out a way to cope with that or the possibility that I won't be happy. Any sort of advice would be great.

and he did - we dont know each other that good. We are in our 20's
Do you think he likes me - cause he never asked for my # or anything.
Hes got it now and we have hung out a few times. just really slow moving i dont even know fi he has any interest in me?
He also told my friend - she asked him if he liked me and he said I dont know.

I have been in love with that guy for more than a year but he regards me just as a best friend. He had a girlfriend who he really loved but they broke up just before we started dating. I felt I had to wait a little, to give him time but nothing changed. Then he went to study in Germany and now he will be back for his semester holiday. I am hesitating whether to tell him straight in the eyes what I feel about him or not. We have been regularly in touch but he doesn't seem to change his attitude to me. Thanks for the help!

He is my very close friend for 12 years. There has never been anything more between us till last weekend, he came over and slept together - didnt really have sex but some kisses and saucy stuff... oh yea, he's got a gf by the way... but today he told me he got totally fed up with her tantrums, she is being a drama queen all the time, and she didnt wanna have sex for 2 months now etc... I told him to think it over, suggested to talk to her next weekend, maybe they can solve it. Well, I started to feel something for him. And got turned on by him like hell, dying to have him at least for a night, or maybe for more... if I happen to want him for more... shall I make him come over before he speaks to his gf... or wait till they split?

I am going to go back out into singledom again very soon and my ex claims that men just don't want a 43 year old with a kid. I know that I'm a good-looking woman with a good figure. I don't argue and I don't nag. I love completely and without reservation, and I guess unfortunately for me, am loyal to a fault. I'm the kind of woman who needs to have a stable and loving relationship with a man in order to be happy myself. I don't want to be single. I don't like it at all and the idea of dating makes me nervous. Are there still good men out there who don't play around and who are worthy of my respect and love? Where are they? It sounds desperate I know, but I just want to know what I'm facing.

In the past year every guy that has asked me out has been either crazy or desperate. By desperate I mean begging after I have told them I'm not interested. After 6 months if you don't feel anything you can't make yourself feel anything. Why is this happening? I meet these people through other people I know and at the gym. Its not like I'm meeting them at a bar or something.

Me and my girl of 2 years officially broke up last night... we had been havin arguments/fights a lot recently.. She hasn't been calling me and I hadn't been calling her much.. so finally I called her last night and said, "Maybe we should break up.." I didn't say we were broken up.

Today I just found out she is already seeing another guy and is with him in a relationship. After one day and she didn't even bother to confirm if we really were broken up or not, after a 2 year relationship.

What do I do now? What do I do if she comes calling me back in a month or two?
