How should i ask this girl i really like on a second date that she will find cute and would make her say yes to me.

Why does it need to sound cute? Just ask her. Tell her you really enjoyed the first date and can't wait to see her again and then ask her to do something out of the ordinary like go ice skating or for a walk and a picnic if it's warm where you are. Use your imagination on what you want to do on the date not how to ask her.

leave her a note and a rose in her car that cute shell definitely go for the second date you could also do it your self or give her a teddy with a rose

Put a card on her car with a single flower. Trust me she will go on the second date b/c she will think its so sweet of you to do that.

Dont be cute, just ask her out. You run the risk of looking corny doing "cute" stuff. Just ask her. If she digs you, she'll go out.

Do something stupid. And by that, not directly approaching her and asking her. Something like... slipping in front of her, end up on the floor, and ask her out while you're lying on your back. XP
