I have been in love with that guy for more than a year but he regards me just as a best friend. He had a girlfriend who he really loved but they broke up just before we started dating. I felt I had to wait a little, to give him time but nothing changed. Then he went to study in Germany and now he will be back for his semester holiday. I am hesitating whether to tell him straight in the eyes what I feel about him or not. We have been regularly in touch but he doesn't seem to change his attitude to me. Thanks for the help!

Tell him. Don't be too forward or too selfconcious. Let him know how you feel but that if he doesn't feel the same that you do want to stay friends. Realize that it won't be a desirable situation if he is living in Germany and you aren't but there are millions of people in this world who make seperations like that work, especially since you already know each other. It is important to tell him or nothing will change, men tend not to understand our signals, and it is important to be confident in what you are telling him. Write some things down so you remember what you are trying to say and avoid asking questions until you are done talking so that your thoughts won't be interrupted by his answers.

I would tell him. He maybe shocked or he may feel the same way. Either way I would tell him as you don't want to go through life wondering what if I had done it? Good Luck I hope it all goes well

Why spend you time trying to Love someone who is not available to Love you. This is the worst kind of feeling to with.

Either express your love to him to gauge his reaction or move on to someone that feels about you the same way you feel about him.

Good luck

He wants a friend and that is just what you need to be. If you push him you will push him away. Let him make the first move if there is to be one, but I doubt it. Friends are harder to come by than sex partners.

As long as he only regards you as a friend that is all you will be to him regardless of how you feel about him.

Tell him. You have nothing to lose. If he doesn't feel the same then you won't be wondering anymore.
