I told him I would ask his friends if they thought it was natural and for the most part it stopped! At least in front of me!

If you can tolerate stay with him, i had a girlfriend once that ate her zits, i couldn't tolerate it I left her immediately, I'm a very clean person, gosh some people are very strange. If he is a good guy and you could train him to use a Kleenex than maybe that would be o.k. but yeah he is acting like a 4 year old

Ok, guess he was born in a barn or the woods and had no food growing up so fed his boogers to keep him going.

Where have you people been? Lots of people eat boogers in private, but become semi-religious on not eating any when around any they think won't approve.
Boogers are a natural byproduct of the body. I see no reason boogers can hurt worse than all those germs waiting to chew you alive on every doorknob, every toilet seat, every phone booth you use...

It's natural for monkeys. Human (adults) stopped doing it not long after we left caves. Nowadays typically only toddlers eat their boogers, but then little kids often have an oral fixation anyway.

It may be instinct to want to remove itchy debris from your nostril, but it's definately not healthy. Boogers, just like the little hairs in your nose, catch allergens, dust, and germs that are in the air and help protect you from them. By eating them ,you're exposing yourself to an unnecessary health risk.
