For my sex aware life, the answer to me having sex was abstinence, but I did not see wrong in having it.
The idea first came from my Christian beliefs, but I did not continue to believe it for that reason, nor do I believe you go to hell for it. I believed in the beautiful ideal of first sex with the person you loved enough to choose to spend your life with.
I am now 21 and for the first time in love. My boyfriend respect my decision to wait, but would jump at the chance. I have had 2 pervious long-term relationships. I never seriously questioned my ideal of sex after marriage until now.
Of course the want of sex has been there, and is stronger then every now, but now I question if waiting is still for me. I am a very passionate and exploratory person.
Friends know my ideals and it has been a part of my identity.
I would feel guilty for abandoning a dream, and uprooted on that part of my identity. I would have a whole new world to explore, and someone that I wish to be very close with.

Hey guys, me and my girl of 9 years have been having some trust issues lately... and tonight she is doing something with her friend. She told me last night she was doing something with her, and I just spoke to her recently and I said, "give me a call when your done with your friend" and she said, "whoa, how did you know about that?" and i was like.. you told me last night. What do yall think about this?? Overreacting? She's never done this before. Just lately she's been hiding text messages, deleting calls, and emails.

--im kind of sick of it...im a grl who gets along wit everyone nd is very outgoing...but i lik tis guy who is very shy...my friends think we wud mak a cute couple if we go out...nd i think he knows i lik him, but hes not doin anythin about it...im very loud nd funny, yet wen im around him, i get very shy nd quiet...i want him to ask me out, but ive been waitin too long...do u think i wud be "too weird" or "too forward" if i decide to ask him out?... do u think i shud take the risk?

I always get jealous when i see happy couples out in public. I think to myself, 'Why cant I have that?' I really want to have someone to care for and to care for me but its so hard. ok the flirting between me (aged 22) and this woman (aged 22) is getting even heavier than before, by heavier, i mean on her behalf - not mine.

Its getting stronger by the week, a fortnight ago we went down the pub, at the end of the night i went to peck her on the cheek and she grabbed me by the cheeks and pulled me in for a quick kiss on the lips (lasted a second) then last week she pinched my backside, we had a dance and she hugged me, then whenever i went up to dance with my friends she made sure she was next to me...
then this week she kept coming up to me at a friends house hugging me saying im a 'good boy' - she knows ive already got a girlfriend.

im 18 (senior in High school) and in my 1st period theres this girl whos a sophomore that i really like and enjoy talking to.shes REALLY quiet and shy- she literally NEVER talks to Anyone. so about a week a ago i asked her what she was doing that Friday. she said umm i dont know i then asked if she wanted to go out. she said i usually dont paln ahead but well see, well see. i followed up that friday and she said her mom said uhh, NO WAY!!!!!!!! she then said im sorry. i then offered her a ride home and she said shes already got one. since tomorrows Valentines, should i get her a rose and chocolates and a letter or forget about it?

I've been going out with my bf for over 6 months and yesterday we were on the phone and he seemed particularly sad so i asked him whats wrong. At first he was saying "nothing".. but then he said "well i was just thinking about what if we're not meant to be together... what would you do" After he said that he just acted normal, like nothing happened. And then today he is acting all distant kind of, i dont know how to describe it, although he acts like nothing happened. I'm just not sure what to think anymore. We had a perfect relationship up to this point, he was very excited for valentines day and this is so confusing to me.. Does anybody have any ideas on what this could mean? Is he like leading to breaking up with me? ... thanks for your imput

Today i was thinking, wow it's been 1 year and 6 months since i was the happiest person in the world, with the most amazing girlfriend ever..... but one year and six months ago, it ended..... and as i was listening to the song "one year six months" bye yellowcard.... i felt that it was my fault, that she is gone because of me...... Guys! I am so desperated. This is my second V-day with my bf. He offers me 2 choices: Brazilan Buffet or diner with his friends at their house. OK.. i've been single 11 months now. I had a breif but intense relationship with a guy in the forces, but it was a rebound thing.. i was with my previos ex 11 years.
My problem is now although at times (like now!! Valentines day is sad when you aint loved up) i really want a relationship and would love to meeet a nice guy, when i do, i completely back off, and i just want to stay single..
This is thwe first time i've been single since i was 16 ( like i said i was with my ex 11 years) and i have no idea what i want??
