You're about the millionth person to ask that...what's the big deal about being alone in 14 Feb? Concentrate on the good stuff you have going on in life instead of being boyfriendless on a retail holiday.
When you are happy with your life and who you are, then you'll be in a position to be a good partner for someone else.
