I'm a girl. Me and this guy have had a really rocky relationship. Here's the story. He's really popular, i'm just normal. He gives me a note five days before school ends last year "over the course of this year i have fallen for you" I like him back but am scared because he goes through a lot of girls, so i tell him i just wanna be friends. Over the summer we talk about how we both really do like each other. He starts dating a girl once school starts. I back off. They break up. Him and i become really close, then i get scared so i break it off. He starts dating HER again. We talk about our relationship a lot and i get mad at him because it seems like he didn't really care about us. He cheats on her. They break up. Nobody likes him anymore. I still like him. Can i bring up our relationship again without seeming clingy, or will he get annoyed at how many times i bring it up? [in the past its been like once every 2 months... long into the night conversations.... sometimes yelling]

I met him 2half yrs.ago. married but,was separated when I met him. they lived in separated households. after a 1yr.half, they went to get consuling, we discuss the topic about them trying to work things out. so they were back together for three months when the wife calls me up to ask about me and her husband. I had no problem with her knowing it. and neither did he because she asked him before calling me and he told her to call me herself. now she knew about me ,now i told her since they were together that i broke everything off with her husband. now we been in touch by telephone or e-mail. but no sex contact. it's been 8mo.that we haven't seen each other.and now he wants to start seeing each other again . now i'm not going to lie . Okay so this guy has been "hating" me since the beginning of the year and I don't know why. We were really close friends but then I guess one morning he woke up and "decided" to "hate" me. From Septemeber - November he always said he hated me whenever somebody mentioned me, yet now whenever I see him he stares at me non-stop for at least 5 minutes then walks/turns away and continues doing whatever he was before he saw me. Sometimes, if it's just me and him in a certain area, he looks at me, realizes it's me, then turns away without saying a word. My friends all say that he might just be scared to show his true feelings to me, but even if that's true I don't see how he could hurt me so much knowingly and still walk away from me. After everything that's happened, I still love him, but I don't know why. I'm just so confused about why he's acting like this and why he won't talk to me. If anybody has any ideas on what's going on or what I can do to find out, PLEASE tell!

I'm an international student and have been here for about a year and still don't have friends. I'd like to get to know a girl and be in a relashionship but I don't know how. I don't mingle that much with people on campus because everybody is busy like crazy during the day !!! I like this girl at work and the other day my boss Tom says "Trish was talking about you" and Trish covered her face and seemed very embarrassed. I've been told I'm good looking by my buds (not conceded) and this girl is very cute.

When I asked my boss later, he said "oh I was just trying to embarrass Trish". I'm not sure if she likes me or if they were playing a joke on me. What do you think? She seemed very embarrassed, but I'm always skeptical by nature I guess. Shes pretty outgoing normally. Thanks.

what would have been or still is your criteria for success and do u think u are successful in life?
thing is see,...i saw a news report the other day on tv, and it was a story about how a guy set up a fancy dating service, where he hooks up guys and girls. the thing is, the guys had to be millionaires, the women had to be hot. that was it, then you're in.
but the news reporter reported it as 'women had to be hot, and the men....successful'.
they interviewed 2 people for the piece. a 24 year old woman, and a 25 year old guy.
so,...im 28, and im no millionaire. not by a long shot.
does that mean i've failed in life. im not successful?

and how about you? how do u feel about all this?

I am trying to plan a romantic evening for my boyfriend. We are getting married when he comes in from R&R. So far I have a limo to pick him up at the airport, going straight to a hot tub room at a hotel, where I will have fondue and wine and for dessert chocolate fondue. ok, so there's this guy who goes to my church and my school and i like him, and he told me a while ago he liked me and im pretty sure he still does. idk how to tell him that i like him to, like to get a further relationship going. i've tried dropping some hints, but i think he's a little naive. he's so special to me though, he's more than just some guy, he's like my best friend... and if we went out, how do i answer those "omg you and so and so are going out?" or those "aww... how cute" sarcastics remarks?
