ok i like this guy he is 3 years older and he kinda likes me back but he is kinda imbarresed of the age diffrence so what do i do????

He sounds really nice, and believe me, its hard to find a nice guy to go out with these days. Also, age seems like a big factor now, but when you are 18 and the guy is 21 its not weird at all. The thing is, though, what about Sarah? Does she also like the guy? Make sure you won't be hurting anybody but if Sarah and the guy aren't liking each other, I'd go for it! Just don't do anything goofy like quit school or anything like that. Keep focused, and maintain that intelligence that seems to shine thru your writing; you sound like a very mature, grounded individual; stay that way, and you'll do great. The world today is so full of sadness, if you can find happiness in this guy, then thank God for it. Best of luck to you.

its normal to like an older guy, but i'd say a huge NO on this one. he is 16 and you are only 13. 3 years is a huge difference at that part of life. if you were 21 and he was 24, that would be different. if you date this guy, be prepared to have his kid.

A 16 year old guy likes you? thats kinda weird. I would advise against that particular relationship. It will cause problems with him and you are too young.

girl i am telling you this from experience. go ahead and like this guy even more. don't care about what anyone wants to say about your age differences. its not wrong to like a guy 3 years older than you especially if you have told him. if he is willing to be in a relationship with you then encourage him not to care about the age difference.i was once in that position with a guy 6 years older than me when i was 13. and for me it was hell not cuz he likes me but cuz i didn't like him. i know your'e position cuz the guy told me what he was facing. good luck

well, you wont get ridiculed about it, he will, but once you guys are like in your early 20's, thats a very small age difference and no one will really care, but if you like him and he likes you back, i say go for it

i'm 14 and my boyfriend is 17... he isn't embarrassed or anything, bcuz of the age difference, i think that as soon as he, and everyone else gets used to it, then it'll all turn out fine. it took my boyfriend a little while to get used to it too...

you just got to explain to him dat age doesnt matter.....i think if a guy is older than da grl it is always ok as long as there is a 5 to 6 yr difference....so ur safe....who cares what others think, they arent da ones in the relationship u guys r....if u guys like eachother than dont listen to others.
