Theres this girl in my highschool that i really like but Im afraid that she likes someone else. I don't really know for sure. So I want to act fast before the other guy swooops in. I really haven't talked to this girl so i think ill need some advice to start a conversation with her. V Day is ssoon so do you think i should do anything for her(send flowers etc.). I've liked this girl for a while but never made a move or an attempt. I'm not really an asertive person but I think in this cercumstance I am going to have to be. Your Thoughts Please.

He's my friend's friend and also my cousin...My friend and him sometimes talk about me...my cousin lots of times has asked her "Does Karen loves me alot?" (and ofcourse my friend hates this question!)and sometines my friend answers him madly ''I don't know" then my cousin stop talking and go thinking...
when we see eachother at a party he smiles at me (with a little shy)...or when I'm talking about a boy he suddenly pay attention to me....I don't like him ,but I think he loves me.by the way we were child hood friends before,but not now....Is he in love with me or not?

I fell in love with this girl 600 miles away. She told me she loved me. She said that she wasn't in love with me and didn't love me like I love her. Is there anything I can do to change her feelings about me? I mean, I told her she was beautiful, that I loved her, that she was amazing.
