Peggy and Carl had known one another for many years but they never had an opportunity to be alone together, until now...
Were all of the things she'd heard about him true? His strong hands, his furrowed but thoughtful brow.
"More tea?", he asked.
"Why yes, yes I would enjoy another cup. But not as much as I would like for you to fix my...... bathroom faucet",she said wondering if he would understand her true intent.
"Well yeah, faucets are pretty much one of my specialties, if you know what I mean. Is it one of those push-pull-single-handle-types or are you more of a twin knob kinda gal?"
Peggy knew then that her prayers had been answered. That faucet had been in need of a good fixing for quite some time. She could only hope that Carl had brought his wrenches.

Be nice to her, and if you have a tough image, try to be a little more sensitive.
Ask how her parents are doing, and talk to her about film, literature, music, and sports, gather up as much information about her as you can, and read up on her interests. For example: if she likes Indiana University Basketball, talk and discuss with her Coach Sampson, and the new recruits for next year.

Something that would put a smile on my face would be a guy saying something about what I was wearing, or about how I look. Basically, if you make her feel special somehow, she'll smile. And of course, smiling is contagious, so smile yourself. She'll be sure to catch it.

Nothing puts a smile on a girl's face faster than telling her how great she looks. Then, follow that up with a nice compliment about her shoes and it's a homerun! ;)

whatever she likes. if you want her to laugh a joke... but not a cheasy one.. or one u pulled out of the air... don't over compliment her, but do compliment sometimes... I know that I am always smiling when I talk about things I am interested in like a good book/ music/ movie/ sports

talk to her about how pritty u think she is and how it is great just to hang out with her or u love when ur with her girl love this kinda stuff!!!!! i wish a guy would say that to me =(
