You shouldn't stay away from them.. you should have friends of both sexes and at your age you should be showing an interest in girls though you're not fully developed yet or ready to have you know what.. You can still have a pretend girlfriend or whatever you kids call it nowadays. ;)

lol omg. I remember when i was 11, anywayz u havnt even hit puberty, and also u still dont know how to really react with girls. You dont have to avoid them, be their friends first, you cant just hit on girls because u just started to like them. You need to mature first then you can really be with girls/women.
