Um, well you can do something really cute like writing her a little note that says " be mine valentine? check yes or no". You could give her some candy and a little necklace and just say "will you be my valentine?"

Or, even write her a little poem.

just be yourself and ask her. i'm alos 12 just resently i asked this guy that i like and he likes me, well i asked him if he wanted to be more than friends. he said yes. now ere togethe ri was being myself. don't be afraid. you don't want ot use big words like love and stuff cuz it might scare you.
