I have to reply to a TXT message that my best friend's girlfriend sent me...b/c she has been helping me out with some relatioship stuff for a while...how do I say that what she did means a lot to me, and not sound like I "like" her or somthing like that...idk exactly how to say what i acctually mean and have it sound like I "like" her. weird

be like hey i appriciate you helping me with(watever or whoever she helped you out with.

Tell her how much it meant to you and then say something like: 'as soon as I meet someone right for me, maybe the four of us could go on a double-date". That way you surely let her know that you appreciate but that you are looking for someone else and not her.

You have pretty much answered your own question. Near the end of the TEXT response to her--or in person--just say, "By the way, thanks for your advice. It's helped me lots of times." No need to say more than that. She will know you are not coming on to her. Donna

Simply say "Hey, I really appreciate your help. If you ever need advice on relastionships, I'll return the favor." That way she knows you aren't thinking about dating her.
