My friend is a girl and i love her but im reely 2 scared 2 tell her! I kno she lyks somebody bcuz she told me and he lyks her bak but his parents dont let him go out! Wat should i tell her?

Unfortunately this is one of those situations where you are dam*ed if you do and dam*ed if you don't. You could get rejected or accepted but either way you're relationship will change.
She will not look at you the same way anymore. This is something you will have to face head on though, because if you don't say anything it will eventually either eat away at you or you will wind up telling her later on and miss out on time you could have spent together with her, but instead spent watching her with other boyfriends. Believe me when I say YOU DON'T WANT THAT!
Jealousy is a horror to live with. It isn't good for either of you because she will eventually notice it even if you try to hide it from her.
If she is truly a friend she will understand even if she doesn't return the feelings for you, but if not then you have brought closure to the situation. In the big picture its always best to be open and accepting.
If she rejects you then it wasn't meant to be. Just keep on looking for your one because sadly, she wasn't it.
Always view your situation from the outside before you act and you will have a better outlook on it. Think if someone asked you about this problem, what would you tell them. Sometimes asking yourself gets you the best answer. Good luck in whatever you decide to do.

Go for it!! If his parents don't let him go out, eventually your friend will get tired of trying to have a relationship that she has to hide. Trust me, I've been there already. You may discover that she feels the same way about you, but she's just too scared to tell you! BUT, before you rush out and tell her, the best thing you can do is wait to see how things play out with this other guy and then make your move.

If you KNOW she likes someone else, then you shouldn't bring it up. If you do, it might wreck the friendship, and things will be awkward with you for a long time. I know what I'm talking about because I've been in almost the same situation. Wait for the right time. Good luck! :D

well since you guys are friends now what you should do is just keep being her friend. let her know that you support her through whatever she chooses and that you are always gonna be there for her. in terms of your feelings maybe you and her should go on a friendly date. and then over a nice dinner maybe at your house you can spill to her. if she is your friend she will listen to you. if your heart is ready then follow it.

Go and tell her before it's too late. Rejection hurts, but not as much as regretting a decision.

Just be straight with her and tell her how you feel. If it doesn't work you can still be friends. I know it isn't so easy and it can be painful but there's no reason in hiding your feelings.

you should ask her to take a walk with you one night tell her something is troublin u and u need a friend. thenn tell her =] how u really feel and see what she thinks back.
