A woman I work with has always been flirty with me but over the last days has been dropping heavy hints about wanting to meet me. She's really attractive but also one of the main managers and is married. What should I do?

For an example, they'll say,"Oh, hey wanna hang out?" And then 3 hours later, you go up and say hi, and he says,"Leave me alone!" So you leave him alone, and then he comes up to you and says,"Today is such a happy day!" Why do they change their minds about how they feel every 3 seconds? Like with my ex, I went on my bff's aim account and IM'ed him pretending to be my friend, and he said he still likes me, and 3 days later, I asked him again on her account as her and he said,"She is so not hot!" Why does it change?

Last weekend i ran into an old friend or a friend. We talked for hours. How do i take it to the next level and pick him up? We exchanged numbers and It was ovious he was abit keen, but nothing happened We were at a club when i saw him. What do i do now? He is so cute!!!!

I know questions such as these ar a dime a dozen, but I am really at the point where any tidbit of information could not hurt.
I have never been the biggest of go getters when it comes to meeting women and dating and such.... Hell, it takes me 2 hours to choose what I want to have for dinner at the grocery store.
Anyway, I don't believe that I am terrible looking, and am pretty easy going, if not a bit quirky, but as are alot of folks, I am shy, and I am a wallflower of sorts. The idea of meeting women in bars kind of turns me off, but I am not entirely opposed either. I am confused. I have things to offer, but how do I get them out?

I like him so much. But he has a lot of problems and I don't know if it would be worth it to get into a relationship with him because his problems will probably end up to be my problems too. my ex finished with me 4 weeks ago over an argument at work. She was with me for 8 weeks and got with me 4 weeks after leaving her 4 year bf. Over the past 8 weeks i have been with this girl i treated her like a princess, spoilt her with gifts i was tooo nice 2 her. Now wen i ask her to get back with me she says she likes me, she fancies me, and has got feelings for me but can only give me friendship for now. i really really like her what do i do ??? i used to txt her and ring her often, and now i have stopped doing that. i have not txt her for 2 days now and she hasnt either, my ex gf doesnt usually send sms first nobody, even if her best mate doesnt txt her she doesnt txt either. i want to give her some space but also find out if shes ok, how many days or weeks after should i txt to see if shes ok and if she is feeling different ? Also her parents are on holiday for a week so i know show wont miss my attention as much because she is enjoying her self while her parents are away! help

ok i am feeling so alone latley... i dont know why. Me and my boyfriend broke up about a year ago and we were together for 3 years. I cant seem to find someone i want to spend my time with. When me and my ex were together we spend every waking moment together and we lived together after knowing eachother for only 3 months . i usually dont spend that much time with someone ever. Now i meet all these guys that i like and can see myself with for a long time but i cant seem to make myself go hang out with them or spend time with them. what is wrong with me? why cant i just let myself go and meet someone and just give them a chance??

Ok i have this guy. He's my best friend. Were constantly together and always going places together and work together a lot in school and are involved in the same activites. He's been my best friend since 6th grade (also my crush since 6th grade) and I REALLY like him! however i don't think he likes me...I mean he's constantly teasing me and flirting with me but i don't no if he's just normally like that. My ex bf is divorced with kids already but he told me he wanted to have more kids with me. After a while I found out he can't have any more kids and he lied to me, making me still use birth control even though there was ZERO chance I could get pregant. He said he lied because he knew I wanted kids and he was afraid I would dump him if I knew he didn't want more. So, I dumped him.

This girl that used to really like me has gotten really wierd on me, and i would like to find out why. We use to go out to lunches heaps, movies, and also dinner once, she used to always like to play with my stuff, and we used to laught all the time. The guy's name is Eric. Don't get me wrong, I think he looks fine but There is nothing sexually appealing, crazy I know, But i'm bad at my own relation advice so I'v come to u. You see I Don't connect with him there but If i talk to him on the phone I connect with him 150%,and I feel like he's the one. on the other hand I have a guy I met thru a friend and we talk on the phone , his name is michael f., but I can't see him 'cause he's 45 miles away. Ok yeah well I'm almost 13, and one of my best friends Chris has a thing for me and I do too. But he already has a girlfriend and her name is Sam. I have been 'flirty' with a girl @ work for a few weeks now... and she flirts back.. One night she started talking to me on MSN - and opened up emotionally to me about being a 'lost soul' and how she really isn't who she appears to be (she is very cold to people @ work) and thinks we have the same problems etc. She ended 2 hours later saying she hopes we can chat again outside of work.

So, I ask her out - she agrees - BUT last minute, she has 2 friends come along too (a couple). I don't get much chance to talk on an 'emotional' level with her - its friendly chat between all. We hug (close,comfortable)@ the end of the night & I say I had a good time with her.

Last couple days she's said she'll call, but hasn't... I don't want to pressure her & create 'conflict' @ work since all this has been in the last 2 weeks

What is with the bringing friends to this? Is she looking at this as a friends only thing or ??? Should I ask her out again? But say her & I only this time? Help!

So I've been hanging out with this guy for more than 3 months now. When we first started dating, we had both ended really long relationships (10+ years) with our ex's. So we were both very clear with each other about not wanting to get serious. Well last night while I was sleeping, I overheard him with what sounded like his ex via phone. I learned that they communicate almost daily and he told her to stop texting him and sending him negative messages. He sounded irritated but nevertheless I feel that he's still somewhat attached (by the way, she lives on a different coast), at least emotionally. So to my point, should I let this guy go? It was never serious but I'm not sure that I want to hang out and sleep with a guy who is still caught up on his ex. Thoughts...especially from the guys?
