Ok yeah well I'm almost 13, and one of my best friends Chris has a thing for me and I do too. But he already has a girlfriend and her name is Sam. But yesterday Chris and I were discussing about having sex and have a child when we get older (when I'm 18 and he's 21). He lives in Ohio and I live in California. And he's been telling me when he's older he'll be traveling to Caliofnia to see me. Oh yeah and he's 15. What are your thoughts or reactions and do you think think will work?

Honey, you are way too young to be thinking about having sex. He lives way too far away, and would you ever want to go out with someone who cheats on his girlfriend? I think you need to back off from this relationship before you get yourself into a mess.

Well in other words your 13...but you can't really plan on things like this to happen that early. yeah you and him will eventually be (18 and 21) but, seriously you are really thinking about having a kid at 18??? I'm 19 and wouldn't dare think of such thing...because at that point in your life you have just graduated from highschool and will have your whole life ahead of you girl....If you have a kid at 18 you won't be able to go to college. And the way things are already it's hard enough to get the job you want these days without a college education so think about it in....6 years most likely no one will be able to get a really high paying great job at all without college. So do yourself a favor and don't ruin your life....In fact, he would be messing up his too b/c he will be 21 which means (if he goes to college) well to put it bluntly he won't be able to get a good job either b/c at 18 and 21 usually and most likely both of you will be broke.....College students mainly spend 25 cents on ramen noodles throughout the year....that's how broke they are. And also, do you know how much it costs to take care of a baby?? you know that diapers alone cost about $12 or more....and then you have the car seat, baby wipes, baby food, baby carrige and stroller. LOL just don't worry about that right now b/c your only 13 there is no use in planning ahead 6 years from now. And he says he will be traveling to california to see you but will he really have the money to do it?? there are these questions and many more you really have to think about before you put your life, his, and another's on the line. Most likely he thinks "hmm, she's 12 young, and naive, i could get her into bed easily....all i have to do is tell her that i love her"........that's how 15 year old boys think...trust me i know.

It wont work. Only time will tell where you and he will be in the next few years. If you both really like each other and plan on having kids together - then be with each other. If he likes you tell him to break up with sam. Long Distance rel. dont work. Well most dont. Last thing u want is to have a baby with someone who wont be around to help you and the baby that you both created.

Sounds nice and all but it's almost never happens that way.
Don't isolate yourself and miss out on growing up. Be sure to date others in your area.
If you want, make a "pact" with him...If you two are unattached after you turn 18, THEN try to make a life together. If you hold out and wait for the guy, you will only think about what you missed out on as a kid. Just have fun but it's ok to plan for the future...and be flexible. ;)

there's really no telling if it will work or not. both of you have soooo much living to do between now, and when your 18 & 21. people change so much, especially in high school and the first year(s) of college.
all you can do is just enjoy what you have now, and try to stay close over the years. who knows, it really could work out!

ummm......your only 13 and this is a long distance relationship so it won't work sides you ARE WAY TO YOUNG to talk about SEX.
plus it is just teen love, it isn't real so don't worry about it. I can tell because of the way you two are talking already.
