ahh ! okay, so my crush gave me his number yesterday ..
i was too scared to call him so i didn`t.
but today, he wasn`t at school! =[
& i think it would be appropiate to call him
& say something like, "hey.. where were you today?"
or somethingg like that. [=
but a few of my friends told me not to call him,
he might think i`m too stalker-ish. =[
which doesn`t make sense.. i mean, afterall.. he did give me his number... doesn`t that mean he wants me to call ?

& what if it`s the reject number !?

I'm 18, and I work with this girl(she's 18 too). I've known her since the 6th grade, but I've just started getting feelings for her. I've told her how I've felt and she says that she loves me too. But she still stays with her boyfriend. It sucks because now she won't even talk to me. I've thought upon this night after night. It's been depressing me a little each time I do. I could use some help on this. Her friend told me to just sit back and wait it out and that if we were meant for each other, it'll happen.

Ok this has just been bugging me for too long now. I started seeing this woman. In the end it ended up bad( it didn't need to). One of her complaints was that I didn't make a move in the first 5 chances.

She expressed how disturbed she was by this. Yet I got very intimate(sex) with her, about a month after first meeting her. I'll admit at first I was just looking at it as a friend situation, but then started to really like her.

So what is the correct amount of chances men should get to make a move for a kiss or holding hands or something else that just seems to be more intimate?

This isn't the whole story and I also admit that I had been out of the dating world for almost four years. We were both 28 at the time.

Am I wrong? Did I not move fast enough. I would tend to think that sex a month later would say pretty fast.

Ok so my ex boyfriend and i broke up over three months ago and I haven't gotten over him yet. We broke up on bad terms and haven't talken that much since then. In the current situation, my friend "John" who used to work with me, ended up in the same place as my crush "Jane" and you saw the instant spark and before the end of the night, they were practically in bed. I know it shouldn't be a big deal, I should be happy for them, etc. And really I am, except that this has happened before (twice in highschool and once in Job Corp).

Eventually after this happens I become friens with both of them, and it's not a big deal, but I'm starting to think that there's something wrong with me. Do Beautiful People hang out with me to make themselve's look better? Does it work so well that their own standards are lowered and they hook up with someone they normally wouldn't? Or maybe, the girls that I have crushes on like me as a person but not my looks? So when they meet my friends who are similar to me but better looking they jump at the best of both worlds?

Or maybe I'm being paranoid, but this problem seems fairly unique.

I just started having lunch with my boyfriend at school. We're so used to doing our own thing its really tough. I like to go to the library and study, he likes to eat and hang with friends. i HATE his friends and i cant stand them. I dont know what to do! should we just hang with each other or should i just put up with his friends and be with them? we met through our bffs who are engaged, fell in love, got engaged, but in august when i had to leave for school (i was going to visit him as i had done in the past) he got into drougs, sold his cell phone, left state, and we didnt hear from him since late august, and then, out of nowhere, he goes to visit my best friend and his best friend (who live together) just to say hello. he asked if they had heard from me and they told him that i was just over 2 days before and we talk everyday. end of story when it came to me. he didnt leave a # or ask for mine, or anything... he just didnt want to see me or something i dunno. but id like to see him and talk to him because i still love him, but why do i bother if he doesnt seem to still love me?
