I don't feel like going to it. because I don't have a boyfriends so I feel kind of retarded during slow-dance songs. All my friends have bf's except me and one another friend who recently had one but they broke up? What do you think. My friends want me to go. There is no one I like. Well there are some guys I kinda like but they have gf's.

You shuld still go hang out with your friends and ask that other friend who just broke up with her boyfriend to come too so you two can hang out together. Who knows? Maybe some nice guys will notice you there alone and ask you to dance.

You may not have a boyfriend but there's nothing that says you won't leave with one. I was the type of guy that didn't dance but I went to some of the dances anyway. If the right girl had wanted to dance, I would have tried.
Go to the dance, you have nothing to lose and you might get lucky.

GO!!! I didnt really want to the one I went to at first..but I had a blast with all of my friends and a guy who has a gf CAN ask you to dance..thats what my bf did after i left he danced w/other girls..so you never know..

Hell yeah go!! Have fun and I wouldn't worry about slow dancing it's always awkward unless your really in love with the guy.Just get out and boogie and hang with the girls let them feel sorry for ya then they'll hook you up with a hottie-hopefully. Goodluck.

I think you should do what makes you the most comfortable. If you do not get out much I would go just for something to do. Just depends on whether you dont wanna go because of the fact you have no one to go with or because you just dont wanna go.

If you don't, you'll regret it when you're old like me (26) and wish you could go back to High School and flirt with boys and have fun and do schoolwork and all that stuff. I miss it. Always wish I had a time machine.
