I'm a 30 year old London guy. The problem is that nice girls either don't seem to go out or they do other things, wherever that might be. Night clubs and dating sites attract a certain breed of people, but not the kind I am looking for. Any one else have the same problems? Any ideas?

My friend has been dating an average-looking, skinny, shy and quiet guy for three months. He looks like a typically "nice" guy, huh? She was into the guy very much. Sometimes she told me the guy took another girl to concert, asked a different one to teach him to play piano and other things like that. I just told her maybe they were just his friends and not to worry. But one day, she came to me and cried, because that guy told her he had a girlfriend in another city. He was very serious about their relationship and would marry that girl one day. I spent a whole night talking to my friend to make her feel better.

But the very next day, she took the guy home and cooked a dinner for him. She was so nice to him as if nothing ever happened. I couldn't understand it at all. Later my friend asked for my opinion and I told directly that I felt sorry for her and hoped she picked up her dignity. She said very nasty things to me.

Well I'm a sophomore in highschool and he's a junior. I've known him since I was really little but he has this problem where he always either flat out lies about stuff or overexaggerates. But he doesnt lie about big issues he only lies about things dealing with money. LIke he will say he bought this and this for some much when I know he didnt. It's like he thinks I need him to be rich in order to be his friend...like both our families are well off and I just don't understand why he lies like he does!? Am I wrong to like him because he's a pathological liar?

He is successful, great looking, rich, and has every quality I want in a man, except his arrogance. I dumped him but really liked him. I recently got out of jail doing 6 months. My ex-wife recently called my moms house to see how i have been doing. She didn't know i was out, because we both thought i was going down for 3 to 5 yrs. thats why i got a divorce from her. I told her that she is to young to be sitting around she is going to be 21 in june. I unexpectantly called her back immediately. We hung out for a few days and had sex. Ok, well i'm about to call it quits with this girl that i really like. We went on a couple dates, things went well. Thing is, now she won't return my calls. I called her today, she answered (first time in a week she answered her phone) and said she was in class and she would call me later. Never got the call.

My boyfriends birthday is coming up real soon , we have only been dating for about 5 mnths but I want to do this awesome thing for his b-day I was going to reserve a Hotel room with the hot tub in it , have about 10-15 candles lit, have dried roses on the floor and the bed, bring my stereo and have soft love music playing , during a time that he is laying on the bed bring out a rose from the drawer and swipe it very slowly down his face and tell him A rose for the man I love , then sometime in the night , read him a poem that i wrote and it goes like this

Now I trusted my boyfriend alot before, I was confident he wouldn't cheat on me or anything behind my back. He always seemed totally in love with me right from the start, friends and family both think he's wonderful, but I found out something that really got me shaken up. For starters I have a friend that's a guy I've been friends with since I was 7 years old, and actually I just found out from him he is in love with me, but before that I was clueless and my boyfriend when we started dating a year ago saw comments he left on my myspace and got jealous. He then, would mention a friend at school that was a girl alot and seemed to be around her alot. I trusted him so I didn't care, and she got amyspace recently and I saw what she looked like and then I really was fine about it since she'd...not pretty to me. I find out he used to like her and that he was sad she had aboyfriend, but he claims it was before he met me and that he only was trying to make me jealous.
