Singles & Dating - 13 January 2007

I kicked out my live in boyfriend. I am 3.5 months pregnantHe has been living with me since Nov, he does not help with any of the bills, he does provide all sorts of entertainment, and he is a relatively good person. He has a habit of staying out all night not calling or explaining which doesnt sit well with me. He also smokes pot all day every day. He did not come home again the other night and I packed him up and sent him on his way the next day when he showed up and acted as if nothing happened. I refused to talk to him at the time, I was furious. Pregnancy hormones dont do nice things to the mind. I regret not talking to him and I miss him. He said once he walks out the door he is NEVER coming back and even threatened to take the baby away from me. (I do nothing wrong! A judge would laugh at him) But it hurt none the less. I am tempted to try once again to make it work because I don't want to be stuck on my own&I miss him. Do I even bother at this point? Im confused.

Is it better to have loved and lost it or to have never loved?

And...

Is it better to be loved by someone you don't love or to have loved someone that doesn't love you in return?

I believe that it's better to have loved simply to know that you're capible of the emotion. As far as the second question, I have no clue. I'm still trying to figure that one out. I just want to know what the rest of you think.

Do guys like it when their girlfriends staddle thier waist when they makeout.

I did it to my boyfriend once and he pushe his hips to mine, but I couldnt tell if he was trying to get me off without asking teying to be nice about of if he was just "happy" and was trying to get more body contact.

I am disgusted by the way i see other boys at my school act towards girls. Treating them like they are an object, not a human being. A girl is a human being and should be treated equal if not with greater respect than men. Shoving, pushing, hitting girls is wrong and i don't understand why some people think its right.

We had split up for the 2nd time but I hadn't moved out yet. I'd gone to wellington for the xmas etc. . When I got back he seemed wierd I was meant to be packing up and moving out so i questioned him and he admitted he met someone. Turns out he quite likes her so as you can imagine I got upset. I decided I still wanted him and pretty much begged him to give it another go. He has agreed but it seems like it is more me than him that wants it. Part of the reason why it hasnt worked is , he wants me to get a job he has supported me since I moved in with him. Plus I'm not flash on house work so I've promised to try harder, get a job etc. But now I dont trust him and watch him like a hawk. Do you think we can get past this. I can tell he must have quite liked this girl as he is not the sort to cheat. He basically told me straight away. Says he feels bad about it for me and for her as when he hooked up with her he genuinely thought we were split up.
Do we have a chance?

i'm 26 and all the men who were attracted to me were in the age range of 35-45. i dont mind coz some of them were mature in the way they handle things.

even when i was 14 and schooling .. i had older men approaching me even when im in my school uniform. without my uniform they though i was in my early 20's .

and i dont wear slutty stuff and not a party girl more homely i guess. but i keep wondering i cant seem to get men of my age..

So I dated this girl a year and met her sisters a bit....well it's been six months since we broke up, I've dated a few girls casually, made-out, so yeah I'm 110% over my ex of course. Anyway, first back in last late Sept. her younger sister who is 15 requested me as a friend on myspace, so I added her. Well my ex called me saying I need to delete her, that she's only 15 and I'm 22 and it's sick...I'm like she requested so I just approved it...what is the big deal? She said her mom asked why some older guy is on her friend's list. So I was like "whatever I don't even care, I'll delete her"---so I did. Well just tonight her other sister (this one is 17, almost 18) IMed my on AIM and we started talking for like 20 mintues about how I've been, what I've been doing, what she's doing, etc.

Anyway my question is why do you do her sister wants to talk to me...even if it's a little? Is it "sick" or is it fine?

I've been seeing this one guy regularly for almost a month now. We have a great time together, and he is a really nice guy.

The problem? He won't reach out to grab for my hand, and he hasn't kissed me on the lips yet. Yes, I'd go for the kiss myself, but I've never been kissed (and I'm over 25 years old), and I really want him to initiate it. Sometimes he'll look at me, and I'll think he wants to kiss me. On our last date he finally kissed me on the cheek, and I did the same to him.

Then there's also the question of how he feels about me. I think he likes me. We e-mail or call one another almost daily. He keeps asking me to spend time with him. He pays on our dates and is a perfect gentleman.

The thing is he came out of a very long term relationship recently (fiancee left him for someone else). He sometimes mentions her in passing, and I feel so jealous.

Does he like me? Should I just initiate the kiss myself? What do I do about the ex-fiancee?

I've been in this bizarre relationship with this guy for about a year. We have sex about every 2 weeks, but in between that, we don't even talk at all, but when we are together, there are sparks flying everywhere, it's not just sexual, we enjoy each others company & have great conversation.
