is it wrong to still want a fairy tale type of love. as unrealistic as it is, is it completely stupid to still wish that someone would come along and sweep you off your feet and continue to treat you like a total princess for the rest of your life?

Well it's about this guy that I have a huge crush on and beginning to love him. He is a junior an I'm a freshman, we hang out sometimes and he always says bye to me when he goes somewhere, and we walk to several of our classes together. I was about to tell him today in school, but one of my best friends said that I should telll him after tests and finals because he is always on my mind; thus, it is very hard for me to focus on school. Later today, I am thinking about moving on and forgeting abou him. For some reason I am afriad that he might reject me if I told him I like him(this is my 1st love) or is he being friendly to me?. On the other hand what if he likes me. Should I mve one or wait for him?A few days ago my friend asked him if he likes me and he said no. I don't know how he said it or if he even means it. This is one of the reason why I am afraid to tell him my feelings!
Please can anyone give me some good advice and state their opinion about whether he likes me or not? Thanks!

I just recently became single and it may be a lil too soon to start dating again but for some reason i would like too maybe in a month or so, but my ex just left me for another guy and she is due in march on top of the daughter i already have thats 1yr old.

I jsut dont have too much experiance trying to get a date i ahvent had to for the past 2 years and my daughter isnt even living with me right now soooo..... whatcha think?

I'm 43 yr old gay male, and was diagnosed with anal cancer last year. As a result from surgery, my anus was removed, closed shut, and I now have a permanent colostomy. I'm handsome and I used to be able to meet guys quite regularly, but now that I have a colostomy bag, no one is interested in me sexually or even for dating anymore. On some recent first-time-meeting dates I've decided not to tell the new man about my colostomy. My strategy was for us to get better acquainted first. Unfortunately, (and this usually happens on dinner dates) my stoma lets out a loud gassy, passing wind-sound (pardon my blunt wording...but "fart" sound). Well, needless to say, the man will then make a terrified look, as he tries to imagine how a sound like that came from my front belly! I was even on a date where I once had a "bag blow-out" on the dance floor (those with colostomies will know the term very well). I'm happy to be alive, but I don't want to be alone the rest of my life. Any advice?

This guy is always looking at me and then when i catch him he looks away. Today during class he winked at me and then i smiled and he smiled back. He had called me pretty before but wasnt too sure if he meant it. I'm almost 19, my bf is 19, we've been going out for about a year, & I'm 100% sure he is the one I want to spend my life with. I'm so deeply in love w/ him & he loves me also, but I hear from many people that I am too young to know who I want to spend the rest of my life with. I've been told that I'm too young, naieve and inexperenced in life to know what I really want (in that department). It's hard to think of my furture without him in it, I'm not sure what I'd do w/o him. I know we are both too young to get married now; I wouldn't even consider it untill I graduated college & we both have stable jobs, but is it so bad that I've made that decision?

My boyfriend would make me walk on a deserted street to pick me up when we go out and the only people that supposedly knows that I'm his girlfriend is his family. He told me he didn't want his friends or anyone he knew to see me and when I asked him why, he wouldn't tell me. It bothers me a lot.

I currently have a situation with a guy. I toke his virginity while at college. We have become really close and are currently on christmas break from college. He is now moving to LA to become a model and not coming back to college. I just recently found out he is going on a DATE with a girl this weekend, that I found out who is absolutely gorgerous. I know we don't have a title. I live in the United States but have a boyfriend in London. My boyfriend does not know about the other guy. But having a boyfriend that lives so far away is hard. Is it strange that my former fiance and I still live together, sleep in the same bed together, eat together, and spend time with each other even though we are not together? I'm wondering if anyone has ever done this or is experiencing this? There's no physical relationship. I cook and clean and go to school and he works. its like i wish we could be more lovey dovey, and we're not. it seems that it is not in him. what do i do with a man like that? when i have something bothering me its like its really no big deal to him. the only time he shows me alot of affection is during sex. i just feel like hes just going day to day. i use to initiate things but i got tired of being the only one who is romantic. what do you think. talking does no good. its just down right boring relationship.
