This may be an impossible question, but is there anything a guy who is interested in a truly fascinating, wonderful girl can do to boost her self-esteem? I don't know if she's a depressive person, has a victim complex, or just doesn't want to let herself be happy, but (hopefully) she is just really scared and I can reassure her I really am who I appear to be.

i have been with this guy for almost 9 years since i was 13 i am 22 now and true we have had our good and our bad times like any normal copule, but i have been wanting to leave hom for awhile he just seems mad all the time he wants marriage and kids i am not ready for that, and i am not even sure if i want to be with him. i havent cheated but i have thought about it so that tells me i might to move on, i ma so confused i asked him if he was happy and he tells me i am his world and he never wants me to go anywhere i dont want to hurt him but i dont want to hurt myself what should i do?? and am i so mean to leave him???

I mean what is it about Chris Brown that women find irresistable. Chris Brown looks like a strawny dork I see at 7-11, all the time. Is it the money? Listen to most females talk, they will tell you it's not about the money when it definitely is. Why else would strawny dorks like Usher and Brown be so popular around the ladies. i met a guy on vacation. one night we talked the whole night about pretty much everything, and then hooked up eventually at the end of the night. the next night he was in the casino, so my friend went to go get him to hang out. he came within 10 minutes, and we went to his room, and we were hooking up and everything was intense, and eventually led to sex in the moment. after we had sex we went to the casino, and then i left to go to my room. he knocked on my door about 20 minutes later to sleepover and lay with me. the next night he came looking for me but my friend told him that i was with another guy. we didn't talk for the next two nights because he was upset. and eventually we met up again and talked the whole entire night and i explained to him how i was not with anyone else. we ended up having sex again, but this time he was more caring and talked a lot more, and then we layed together and he slept over. he wasn't with any other girls, and the next night we just hung out and kissed goodbye. after the vacation, we had talked a couple of times, and i wrote him a letter once saying if he didn't want anything to do with me then don't write back. he actually wrote back, and i actually even got to visit him. he acted the same exact way that he did on vacation, and he seemed really happy to see me. now 4 months later, he has a girlfriend. probably because we obviously can't be together, and i happen to be going to college by where he lives in august. what does all of this mean?

I just got out of a long relationship and I loved the guy with all that I had. How do you know if you are on the "rebound" or if this could be the next love of your life? I feel my mind is still a little mixed up and I keep trying to put this new guy off, but it is not working too well. His kids and mine get along great and it all seems right, but my thoughts keep going back to my ex b/f.

I have a question for you girls. Why do you offer your phone number and then don't return phone calls? Yes, I'm a good looking guy, and I have no problems meeting girls. I've dated some really beautiful girls (no, I'm not bragging - I'm just pointing out that I'm not bad looking). Anyway, my point is that I really don't bother trying to approach girls anymore. I feel like it's a waste of my time. Instead, it just so happens that I meet girls by chance or they approach me, etc. What's really f*cked up is that they usually offer me their phone number after having a great conversation. I play it cool and wait a few days or more and then I'll follow up and call them, and of course with no response. No, I'm not a player. I'm just a normal guy that's looking for a normal relationship. So what's the deal? Why do girls do that? Any advice?

how do you know if girl likes you? like we live kinda fat awayy from each other like she lives in korea and i live in u.s

I have a waitressing job where I have to wear a cosume that might be considered sexy. I get my picture taken ALOT, which is fine. But, ALOT of men, usually middle-aged or older, will put their arm around me and cop a feel, and the other night, one got real close to my ear, kissed it about a million little times, like he was being sneaky, and then made a little growling noise. This job is a cake-walk. People's tabs are HUGE. I won't quit over this, but is there a way to curtail it??

I am in high school.

I had this girlfriend and we dated for fifteen months. She lived an hour away from me, but it didn't matter because we were so deeply in love. I loved her more than anything in the world, and she loved me equally back. But at the end of these fifteen months, we started to fight a bit, and our visits got shorter and more pointless. At one point, I decided to break things off between us, if only for the fact that I was kind of interested in another girl closer to home.

So we broke up. And we still talked online a bit as friends, but nothing really serious. Well, things with this other girl got complicated and she became mean to me and with another guy, when I realized I really didn't want to be with her.

Throughout the next two weeks, my feelings for my previous ex came back, and I decided to tell her the way I felt. I told her, and she said she had the same feelings, but didn't know if she wanted to go through another relationship with me again.

She likes this other guy, who is currently taken, and I hate. He is mean to me (he's one of her brother's friends) and he never gave me a chance. This other guy has used both of her best friends by inspiring feelings in them romantically, then using them sexually and taking off. Yet, she still likes him. Why is beyond me.

Her friends never gave me a chance in our relationship. They viewed me as the source that took away their friend, when in reality she just wanted to juggle me and them. But, eventually, I feel like they broke us apart.

Just yesterday, I asked her if I could take her to dinner and a movie, and she said that she'd love to. I had visions of us getting back together. So I made the drive up there, and we were flirting with each other in the car and at the movies. After the movie, when were driving to dinner I went to tickle her and she grabbed my hand and held it. We were holding hands in the car just like we had before. We got to dinner and afterwards on the ride home we did the same. She asked me if we could kidnap her friend to hang out and I said, sure. I was worried, though, because I wanted to make a move on her, and wouldn't be able to do so if her friend was there. So as we pulled up to her friend's house, I put my hand on her back, and she seemed to read my mind.

We kissed for about five minutes, and they were amazing kisses. I felt electrified, and I knew I had this connection with her. Her friend wasn't home, so I took her back to her house because I had to go home. I kissed her for a bit before saying goodbye, and figured that all was going well. I asked her if we could try again, and she told me she'd think about it. But I was very optimistic.

Today, she sent me an email saying we couldn't do it again because of 1) the distance, 2) the fact that her friends hate me, and 3) the fact that she's still a sophomore in high school. I don't understand, because the distance and her friends we tackled for fifteen months, and the fact that she's so young doesn't mean that she can't love the way she did her freshman year with me.

I am still in love with her, and I want to get over her to get this feelings out of my heart, but don't because I want her back really bad.
