Make your move and see if he would be interested in going out on a date sometime. You may even want to just come out and tell him how you feel about him. Essentially you should take the time to continue to enjoy getting to know him, and let things develop over time.

The way I show a guy I really like him is to ask him about HIM and get into his likes. Ask him about his children and their names or even his family or even his occupation. Afterwards do a little research and impress him on something he likes.
