When your Boss is mean and ugly, and you know you are way better and more creative then him, when do u stop kissing *** and stand up for yourself. If you want to be the best, you have to do a little of both. Where is that line?

you work very hard.. yet tell him off. that's exactly what you should do, because one day, after only kissing up and everything, ha might abuse your contribution to the business and fire you. if he fires you when you tell him off, then at least you were brought down with a fight. hope i helped and good luck

when you really feel that you can pull something of better then he can. meaning when you know you are right 100% you can stand up for yourself & if you still dont like the boss, quit the job, but only if you have a backup job!!

that line is where you draw it. for him. if you draw the line where you want it to be and you don't want to kiss as- then, he has to take it or leave it, as long as you keep showing your value to the co.. and if he gives you grief, start looking for the situation you like somewhere else, where they appreciate you.

do not let him push you around, if better then him it show in you work and so you have his job.
