That's a personal thing, between two people! However, it depends what kinda "stuff" one is willing to do and except! =-) Just be "creative" with your sex life. Do what FEELS right! That could be anything! =-) Couple of suggestions. Warm Bubble bath together, with a glass of wine. Soft music playing in the back ground. Have a serving of Strawberries, grapes and melted chocolate. Those three foods mentioned can be used for more then just "eating". Play around with the food in various ways! ;-) Maybe even add some whipped Cream! =-) Be experemental it can be very funny and enjoyable! ~Have Fun~

Get a book at a book store or library(don't know as library would have such though) for ideas. Without knowing what you have tried it's hard to answer. therre are many out there that would include positions, fantasy, enhancements like lotions, sex toys, etc. All depend what you are open to try and do and with HOW MANY people.
Suggestions off top of head are as follows though:
Flavored oils, edible underwear, whips and chains, leather(s), costumes, act out one or both of your fantasies, whipped cream, 3 some or 4 some or more some(orgy)....be creative...watch a porn flick to get ideas too. They can get pretty wild and kinky in some of them.
