i have been wit my bf for 2 yrs n sum months. i dunno y but im still so shy wit him n i kno thats not normal. i love him wit everything but im so shy i dunno y. like there are so many parts of me that he has not seen cuz im uncomfortable showin it to him cuz im so shy. y am i so shy n wat can i do to overcome this because i love him so much. now his prom is comin up soon i am 2 yrs older than him i didnt go to my own wit him cuz i was too shy im not a dancer n im not really into it. i kno hes gonna wanna go to his but im too shy to go. im fine wit everyone else but wit him for sum reason im so shy. y wit him am i only shy. wat do i do bout prom? how do i overcome bein shy around him n be myself? is this normal cuz i dont think so. plz help wit real answers only.

My son father is trying to get back with me, we have not been together since my son was about 2 and now he's 7, he has always been there off and on..but if we are cool he does everything..he is currently living with his other kids mom and says he;s not happy..Should I consider on taking him back just for my son sake..because I really dont want to be with him but just want him there for my kid more than he was before

i met my brothers friend a while back and we started seeing each other. he'd been dumped shortly before his wedding but i never thought he might still want her. im not sure- i found tons of her pictures still in a drawer, he doesnt seem overly keen on sex, we live apart and he pays for us to fly up and down the country every two wks, he goes out on the town alot, i was warned he was flirty with most women, his parents think im great, he'd already booked a holiday to see his friend abroad over xmas and new year and invited me to go but i didnt want him to spend the money on me. now he's in australia for xmas partying everynight.he calls me for a few minutes each night but seems a little distant...im so fed up as i tell him i miss him and he never reciprocates. i had a terrible xmas and i thought he might text me more often to see if im okay... i have a bad feeling that hes unsure of us and this distance is confirming it.he says he loves me but how can i be sure? i feel sick with worry.

I'm seeing a guy, we're very close. He has two kids to two different women but they're living with their mother's in the states. This guy has never told me he loves me, but he told me the other night that he wants me to have his baby. Which I was shocked to hear, but pleasantly surprised. (Hes not the only man to ask me this). He wants a kid in the next two yrs, but I wanna wait until I finish my studies which will mean he's gonna be 43. Ok so theres this guy and at first he was super sweet and perfect and blah blah we didnt end up hooking up cause i'm in quite a dilema right now but we're still talking and being cool. He let me borrow one of his movies and so this past sat i was going to see him to return it but I wasnt able to meet up because I was already late to a family dinner. He flips and I feel bad so I call him back, he doesnt answer and doesnt return my calls. He texts me last night and we were playing it cool, I was upset by his reaction but brushed it off. This morning I text him good morning and he tells me how sweet I am.. then we we're in the process of making plans to meet up today and I was joking around saying oh no i cant but then i text him again saying "Jk, sounds good." He asked me what I meant by "Jk" and I explained it meant just kidding. He flips out saying how can I think he doesnt know what that means and says he doesnt want to meet me anymore. What the hell??!?

So I met this girl last year and we've been talking on AIM for a long time and I feel a strong connection with her when I talk to her and we have so many things in common. (FYI We've never really hung out outside of AIM) I've grown to like her very much but she seems to be the mysterious type. A part of me feels like her feelings are mutual and that I should go for it and another part of me feels like we should just be good friends.

I've never really asked anyone out before and I definitely know for sure she's not the type to initiate - she's definitely an introvert or a cynic..ha who knows. I dunno...I guess I'm just not very good at reading people. She playing the "hard to get" card or does she just want to be friends? what do you do when you would kill to protect her? Unfortunately i still feel this way about my ex who left me for another guy. I'm beginning to suspect that she is somewhat missing me... due to the fact that she sent me this email saying that after she comes back from san diego, she wants to see if we can meet up... this also includes the fact that her myspace photo has changed from her being with "joe" to a different one... i don't know what to do... every 5 minutes she pops into my head... and i just wanna break down..... there are so many things that make me think about her.... certain games, songs, movies, etc. ...i love her.... any advice on what i should do will be appreciated from everyone.... i'm only reopening this so i can get more answers... i need more advice
