They shouldn't be a factor at all. Although some guys dislike them and may choose not to date a woman that has them, that would be a personal preference.
Women should get them or not, as they choose. Anyone who won't date you due to having small breasts, or won't date you due to having implants probably isn't someone you'd miss not dating anyway...they are too focused on one physical attribute and not who you are as a person (inside and out).

I once thought they where but know I do not because of the guy I am with. He is fine with my little 34 B breast and that makes me fine with them. I think everything is an factor in a relationship but the most important factor is whatever you are attracted to be it butt, breasts eyes etc... as long as you have whatever the person is attracted to you will be fine. If you do not have it well then move on to a new guy

Guys are visual, so to that extent they are important. But if a woman has a great figure her breasts are low priority on the list of things to look at. If they are very sensitive to the woman then that could up their importance I guess.

Iam a girl so I dont really know a boys point of view but I dont think it should be and if it is you know what the guy really wants so why waste your time?

Depends. They are most guys deepest stimulus, ( And for those like me just a stimulus), but they aren't that important.
