I stopped taking my birth control after my last period...I had sex once since then (with a condom) anyway, so my period is 2 1/2 weeks late. I took a pregnancy last week. It was negative, I took one again this morning...negative...why is my period late then?

To make a long story short, my ex boyfriend and I dated for 3 years, he went into the Navy and we both couldn't adjust to the long distance, so we broke up, well we've recently been talking and he comes home next weekend from Japan, I haven't seen him face to face in over a year, he wants to take me out to this really nice restaurant on the 19th..which would have been our anniversary, he also wants me to stay with him while he is home (like live at his house)...what does this mean? why does he want to take me out on our "would have been" anniversary?

I have a dilema like most of you...here's my story. There's this guy who likes me alot and I think he's okay too. The problem is: He's the brother of my cousins husband. My cousin married this guy and this guy has a younger brother. He's 26 and I'm 28. He knows I've never dated before nor have I ever been in a relationship with anyone. I recently told him my age yet he continues to like me. The other problem is: is he in a way my cousin? I never thought about it until my friend brought it up and told me that he's my cousin indireclty since his brother married my cousin. Is that true? I need advice as to what am I suppose to do. He likes me alot and he shows it by texting me everyday and calling me to see how I'm doing. He also stated that he really likes me and won't do anything to hurt me in any way. He knows I have insecurities when it comes to dating. I told him I don't trust guys as far as dating goes. He says he'll be patient until I'm ready to date. What should I do? Thank you.

I asked my close female friend if she FELT anything towards me at all, ever. More than just a friend. (She knows how I feel about her) She replied:

"I never feel nothing for anybody and every individual means something to me in their own unique way.Thats all I'm going to say". MEANING???

If we were just friends WHY wouldn't she just say so???I asked her to be blunt and that I wouldn't hate her for her reply. Help!!!Advice!!!

I met a guy at an online master’s program. He came to my brother's wedding and stayed for 5 days. Everything was just fabulous between us. Then he returned to his hometown and didn't hear form him until two weeks after the wedding. Recently I text messaged him and it took him a week to send a text message back and to call me home. Unfortunately (or should I say fortunately?) I wasn't home when he called and since it was too late when I saw the text message I didn't write back. Should I wait until he calls again or should I text message him/call back? Is he interested in me or was he just being “polite”?

Okay here is the scenario....me and my girl were at McDonalds. She asked me what I was getting and I told her I was going to get a quarter pounder with cheese and some fries. She said "ooh that sounds good, i want to get that too." Then I told her no because it was too fattening for her and she needed to keep her trim figure. Then she was like "but you are getting it, why can't I?". Then I said because I am a guy and it is okay if we gain weight but if a girl gains weight it isn't attractive. Plus guys have higher metabolisms than girls do. I told her she was my little barbie girl and I wanted her to stay that way. Most of the time she understands my logic but she was on PMS and started pouting about it. Kudos to me for still paying for lunch. I ordered her a salad. Then while we were eating I told her that she could have a burger and fries for her birthday but she said she wanted Olive Garden! Women!! Anyways her friend found out and said I was a jerk. Am I wrong here?

i like this girl in one of my classes and i speak to her every day at school,we are both seniors in high school...the class is a 95%lecturing class where the teacher talks for a mass majority of the time and its a small room,so you cant get away with talkin during the class........iv never really givin her any signs that i like her other than im always nice to her,ill get her a book so that she dont have to get up,im always very nice to her,ect.
we usually have small talk for about 2-3 minutes before the class starts...
but thats it....
i recently got a suggestion that i should try a letter telling her how i feel...any suggestions?

We haven't been dating that long, but I have never felt like this with any guy before. I haven't felt this....strongly for ANYONE ever in my life. Just the things he says and does, like how he treats me. It's just so perfect. And I know it's not an act. I know this because of conversations that we have had, and some of the things he has said.Like everytime I talk to him, think about him, talk about him, see him or anything that has to do with him I can't stop smiling and I just feel so happy. Ever since he asked me out I've forgotten all about my troubles and everything has just been so perfect....-cause I think I am. i was dating a guy for a while we both were very physically attracted to one another and things broke up as i was upset about my job etc a little needy at the time...he always stares at me when we are out and the other day i apoligised to him and he said i was one of the most lovely people he had met and that initially he was intimidated by my job ( i have quite a high powered job and earn good money) he also said he thought i was gorgeous back then and still does, i said i was leaving and he kept on grabbing me and said he would love me...if he was single..When i chatted about one of my ex boyfriends he got jealous and said 'what about us?'.
