How do I tell basically my best friend that, I don't want to date him without hurting him? I feel like I am being forced into saying yes to him because he is being deployed to Italy in 3 days! Ahhhh help!?

I was at Target the other day and without thinking I was wearing kaki pants and a red shirt. All of a sudden this guy runs over and grabs my arm. He's slightly out of breath and asks me,"Where's the biggest tub of Vaseline you carry". I just laughed at the guy and asked why he needed it. He wouldn't tell me and said he was going to complain to the manager about me. So why do you think he needed Vaseline so bad?

My ex-boyfriend just cheated on his girlfriend and broke up with her. I've also had one boyfriend in the time since we broke up. And he cheated on me. Now the first cheating ex-boyfriend wants to get back together. He's told at least 5 girls he loves them at the same time, and I don't think we should get back together. I've tried to tell him what I'm feeling, but he just doesn't get it. I don't know if he's just stupid or really not listening. How can I tell him what I think without hurting his feelings?
