We've been dating for 1yr.an couple months an she just told me a week ago that she's not ready for a serious relationship. We're still together and committed to each other but she's not ready to be serious and I'm unsure of what to do . I love and don't wanna leave but I'm hurt an really confused.

if you have been together that long maybe there is something missing it in for her. did she give you a reason why she doesnt want it to be sersious? it seems like you are a little more into the relationship then she is. you may want to break it off and see other people, who knows? maybe she will come back.

It seems like you have been together for a long time, so what is up with the commitment thing? Are you trying to take it to marriage or what? If she is not ready to settle down and you are, then you have either 2 choices: 1) You can wait for her to be ready like a little sick puppy or 2) You can get smart and try to find somebody that is ready to settle down. Listen to your heart. Do you want to be waiting for her the rest of your life while there may be somebody out there waiting for you and you'll never know?

give her time if its all right with you. Don't take it personally. Its a good thing she let you know because that mean she knows where this relationship is going. But women need to make sure that we are making the right decision. This usually takes time to help us realize yes, he is the one I want to be with.

it sounds like you already are in a serious relationship --- so dont push it - you want to be with her so stay with her and see what the future brings
