I really like this boy....he is always talking and looking at this girl ....there really good friends since like kindergarten..do u think he likes her?.....and soemtimes i see him looking over in my direction and my friend told him i liked him and he said okay and blushed...who does he like me or her....PS the othe girl is my friend and she doesn't like him

The act of looking at girls does not necessarily mean that a boy likes them. Talking can be indicative of an interest, but if these people have been friends since kindergarten it may very well be a very platonic relationship.
Does this boy talk to you ever? Do you ever talk to him? What sort of interaction have you had in the past?
Basically, it comes down to this... we cannot tell you who he likes because we do not know him. You, however, have the opportunity to get to know him and to discover who it is that he likes. I recommend that if you really want to know, you ask him. If you don't feel comfortable with that, usually the best idea is to become friends first. You said that your friend is his friend as well -- you already have a mutual connection, which is a good place to start. Get to know him, and I'm sure that you'll quickly come to understand where his head and heart are at. Good luck.

well idk bout that but if he goes out w/ your friend then itd probly be awkward i was in a relationship with one of my good friends since kindergarten n it was hella awkward n we broke up the next week but thas just me...
