If you don't have trust in anyone, it will take some time for people to earn your trust. Once you see they give you no reason to not trust them, you will start to develop trust. But it is very hard and takes time when you have had your trust betrayed in the past.

Trust is something that is learned. The other person should earn your trust. If you don't let yourself trust people, it will take it's toll on your relationships.

You just have to decide to trust certain people if they have given you no reason not to trust them. Trust people who care about you and continue to distrust most others. That's your best bet.

if your talkin about a relationship...well try to test him about something and cast him/her in a lie..well your really just gonna have to gain trust or not be with them..
