Try to say it to his face. That means alot more than a note. P.S. Gaze into his eyes when you are asking him.

I'd strongly suggest proper punctuation; the note is rather difficult to read. Also, change "alot" to "a lot" - little things like this can make a big difference!
If you're really worried about him showing the note to someone else, you'll just have to suck it up and ask him in person. It is very likely that at least one or two of his friends might see it; wouldn't you ask your friends for advice if you received such a note?
It's a little corny and high-school, but presumably you're in high school, so that's okay. Don't worry, everyone on the planet has written a note like this at one time or another... and lived to be embarassed about it years later. It's part of growing up.

Sharon, first thing is you should make sure that you do spell check - next never down yourself - then never ask something & say something over & over again. Get to the point, I know that you are nervous but it's just a letter, and don't assume that he has all these gurls waiting for me around the corner. I did like the compliment that you gave him though.... And if he was going to show somebody the letter the ps would not have changed that...
but all and all - go for it

No, girls love it when you do things like that, even if it is corny, it still shows your trying to give some thought into what she's going through.

First of all I would work on my grammar, but that's just me.
Rule of thumb, guys rarely get asked out by a girl, so when they do they take it as a huge compliment.
As to your question, yeah it does sound a little corny. But who cares, you are young and emotional, you are allowed to be corny. My only real advice is don't think so much. Write him, tell him, whichever, but once you do let it rest, don't worry yourself about it. There are a lot of good guys out there and they are single.

Sort of, but I warn you DON"T give him a note again. He will get annoyed, so talk to him in person.
There is this boy that all the girls are SWOONING over and are like "Hey _______! How are you doing!" *giggles* *hahaha* *more giggles*. He gets annoyed. Then they give him notes and brag overhim, and he gets REALLY annoyed. So don't take this approach. Don't give a note until atleast 10 months later. I suggest a Nintendo DS chat, or an online chat, or a simple email.

It kinda does. Keep it simple, say something like:
Robert,
Hey! I was wondering if you would want to go out sometime and catch a movie or something. Just let me know!
Gotta go-
Sharon
maybe not those exact words, but something similar. Your note makes you sound very nervous, you gotta keep your cool!! Breathe, and don't repeat yourself, it'll work out!!
Good luck!!

It is to long, and explanatory. Since you already have a friendship with him, and you are worried that someone else will see the note, just say,"I think i like you more than just being friends, how do you feel about that?"

Well, its not really corny and Im sure he would be flattered but if you're old enough go out with a guy you're old enough say it to his face. It means more that way
