I've been out with this girl a couple of times and we seemed to get on well but since the last date last weekend I sent here a text and it took her a couple of days to respond. Also she's too busy this weekend as she has a night out with her sports' team tonight and is going to her friend's house tomorrow. I'm quite bothered by the last one, do you normally choose to go to a mate's instead of dating someone new if you are at all interested in them? Just keen to know what the girls in particular think.

Guess that you won't be getting any holiday presents from her...

This girl is doing to you what a lot of men have done to me in the past, i think. She probably does like you but is keeping her options open? Maybe she has been treated this way by men before and is holding you at arms length whilst deciding whether to have a third date with you or not. I'll be honest here... if i really liked a guy, unless it was pre-arranged, I would see the guy rather than my friend. Give her some space & see what happens

Don't panic. She probably had those plans for some time.

She may simply be busy this particular weekend. And, for your information- women do not drop their friends for a date with a man even if they are interested in him.

well 2 me i i think she (sorry 2 say) may not be all that interested in u or she might...she could be shy about telling you that she isn't interested...and might just want 2 keep filling her schedule up until u lose interest...or she just might not be ready for a relationship....she might (as she is alreay doing) just using excuses as 2 why she isn't goin out with u but she still would probably like 2 be friends with u ...she may not like 2 go out either she may not like the attention b/c she might be shy...did anything happen on ur first date 2 make her feel uncomfortable?? it might just be that...but just take it slo now and ask her friends how she feels....

either she is playing hard to get or she isn't interested. You need to make a final move and text her saying that this is the last time you will text cos you think she is not interested and wait and see what you get back!

questions - was this event planned before you started seeing her? is she asking for more of your time, phone conversations that you are not giving her? is there equal give and take? have you asked for another date? (to me a text is a little impersonable but then i am oldfashion)

were you spending to much time together. i have learned that when they stop calling just to chat, stop answering the phone and become to busy for you - people are backing off. sorry

It sounds to me like shes backing off i'm afraid. I'm sorry if you liked her...i know it's a cliche but there's plenty more fish in the sea. If you like a guy u make time to see him. There will be other girls who'll luv to make time for u so chin up.

i think that you should ask her out for one last time.

its not sounding like shes particularly interested it has to be said...... particularly as she hasnt offered another time to see you...

however we could all just be reading too much into this and she may just genuinely be busy!

so ask her once more.....

then if she is busy - just leave it and move on....

good luck

She's busier than you - find something else to do and stop staring at the fone. Look for other women for a start.
