he's got a girlfriend. obviously he would rather be with her than dating someone else. how would YOU like it if YOU had a boyfriend and some girl asked him out? why would you want a guy that would be willing to cheat on his girlfriend or dump her for the next girl that walked by?
don't sell your self-respect for some boy that doesn't even know you exist. put him out of your mind and find some other guy - preferably a single, available guy!

tough one. why don't u be his friend for awhile first and see how his relationship goes. that way, u get to know him and watch him closely to see whether he's a good fit for you. i understand u wanna get to know him better by spending time with him...but he's not really available....wait and it will be worth it...meanwhile, watch out for other options!
