I think I am a great girl-smart, funny, pretty - and although the guys I date say the same, they never want to commit in the end...they either say that they are no good for me or just can't give me the kind of relationship I want...which is basically just a normal relationship that progresses over time...

How can I present myself so that guys who want a commitment will pursue me instead of the non-commital ones?

basically im talking to a guy who i've only met one time and he lives in new york(im planning to go out there for school next yr and to make it happen with him).we are not gf/bf but we do talk almost everyday and he shows me love like sends me kisses over the phone we talk all nite tells me how he wants to see me how he missed me during the day blah blah but then sometimes outta the blue tells me "do u" like saying do what u want i dont want you to hold back if your interested in some1 else..and i get mad because he knows dam well how i feel about him..but point is this past weekends he went up to some cabbins with his friends and their gf's and this so called "homegurl" of his which he tells me he fooled around with years ago..so he tells me this girl kept telling him she wants to have sex with him and he says he rejected her....what really gets me thou he says she slept in his bed all weekend....n he also says they "spooned" but thats it.Should i just not believe it and cut it off?

Met this girl online and we're meeting for a movie and dinner tomorrow night. We've emailed each other about 5 or 6 times, just exchanged phone #'s, she said what she liked about my profile was that I seemed "boyfriend oriented" in that I'm not just looking for imtimacy, but I want the same thing as her, a relattionship. my bf hits me when hes mad at his parents. one time hes mom yelled at him for not cleaning up after himself i was there and he took me to his room and hit me with his fists and threw a chair at me had to get stitchies that night.i dont want to tell my parents or his cuz they might not let me see him again and i still love him at times. what should i do should i tell my parentsand his?

My ex & I broke up a little over a year ago. We had a good relationship, I was deeply in love w/ him & it all ended abrubptly w/ no closure. Shortly after the split he started seeing someone else. He & I started to keep in contact by daily text messaging 2 weeks after our split up until Sept. I chose to stop staying in touch because I felt at that point that I should try & move on, as it still hurt to know that I still has such deep feelings for him. A few nights ago, I texted him to say "hello to an old friend", & he replies back to me "I love you always have always will". After a couple days, I finally got the nerve to reply back to him & brought it to his attention that I didnt think he realized what he was saying. He replied back apologizing that he was drunk, but he still thought the world of me. After that we started having a nice conversation, as I asked if he was still with his girl and he didnt answer. Whats going on here?!

Women over 30
There seems to be a system they all eventually fall into.
1. Lots of friends that all don’t trust men.
2. Then the friends start to thin as they didn’t trust men but now have found the light with no negotiation, so the friends start to become divorced and pregnant so the single parent group gets to start.
3. Then you find that the woman doesn’t really want to fall in the single mums group so again becomes a little lonely so what is next a pet. Cat or dog , this animal becomes there friend there partner and child.
4. Then the animal dies **** they are on there own again and the next problem is they are mid to late 30 and they are now worried that they will be to old to have there own children.
5. So it becomes an emergency problem being now that they need to find a guy that is like a cat or dog because that is all the practise they have had , then they find out those guys are hard to find or they don’t exist.

Thinking on writing about this.....

I like a girl. Appearently she likes me too. When I try chatting her on Yahoo messanger, she immediately disappears. When I call her and ask her, she always tells different reasons for not able to chat but again asks me why I am not chatting with her on messanger. Sometimes She calls me her close friend. Im abt to move in w/ my BF, but I've been thinking: My BF paid all of his rent when he moved in. so he's good all the way until the lease is up. when I move in, he says I can just give him half of the rent every month.
Since he's my BF, and one of the reasons I'm moving in with him is to get financially stable, should he still ask me to pay half of the rent when it's already paid for? Or should he look out for me since I'm his GF and help me to get up on my feet?

another note: he is benefitting BIG TIME from me moving in: he does not have a washer and dryer but I will be moving mine in, I cook, clean, and I have 10 X more furniture than he does.

What do ya'll think?

Well, I have been with this guy for 4 years now. I never really asked myself this before, but now he is not showing that he cares. Fist of all we rarely talk on the phone, he never calls me I call him. But we do see each other every weekend. I recently made a trip I called him to tell him I was leaving and he was asleep I told his brother and he didn't even bother to call me back until next day @ 9:30pm After I talked to him he said he would call me the next day and he never did. It broke my heat, I think this is the worst things his ever done. I don't even want to talk to him. I wonder if he just simply does not care or love me anymore. I want to tell him how I feel, but I really don't want to cause conflict. Do you think he cares about me? I'm I reading to much into this? I'm so confused.
I feel like I need more than words from him. I need him to show me that he cares.

ok, so I dont want a certain guy to ever speak to me because of his constant excuses of not being able to speak with me through the phone.....the only excuses are that his whole family is there(same excuse I gave him once) and that his dad is home......I mean come on!!

My friend met this really hot brittish guy during thanksgiving at a local club. She said that she really didn't feel like going out in the first place but decided to go at the last minute. She ran into this guy a couple of hours before the club closed & she, along with two other friends went to this guys parents house to hang out. She said one thing led to another & she ended up going all the way with this guy. Neither of them were drunk & he promised to call her.
