Report it now and do NOT bathe! Once you bathe, you wash away important evidence and then it becomes a he said/she said fight which is much harder to win. If you said no, no means no. Period. He had no right to violate you like that!

Rape is the act of forcing intercourse without the consent of the other party. If he continued past where you describe and went through with engaging in intercourse, and you objected, then yes, it's rape.

If you somewhere along the line gave in and consented, no it's not.

All to often being pressured is associated wtih rape, and innocent people get hurt. If he simply pressured you into it and now you feel badly about it, there's nothing you can do, he broke no law. Please be careful about how you interpret these events now, so an innocent person doesn't pay for a crime they didn't commit.

Now, after having said that, if he forced intercourse againt your will, held you down or ignored your objections and you NEVER consented to it, and you said NO, then immediately call the police. The sooner the better, since a rape kit needs to be performed quite early in order to establish evidence supporting your claim.

Yes it was. Don't take a shower, if you did, still go to the hospital. Tell them that you were assaulted, they will administer a rape kit for you. Ask for a rape victims advocate, a person will come by and assist you in any questions that you have, and will sit with you while you give your report to the police.

You need to have a rape kit done to report him with enough evidence. You need to do this within 72 hours of the assault or they can't collect anything.

Lets see here? did u guys have sex? what happened when he stared to take off your skirt and your panites? i'm just saying if nothing happened it's not rape. If u were making out with him and he tried to pull a little more and u stopped it, of course it's not rape. U can report him if he indeed rape u.. u know what i mean.

Did you tell him to stop, or No? If he knew without a doubt that you did Not want to IT IS RAPE! Just because you make out with a person doesn't mean he can use you! Report him if he did Rape you, he'll do it again and again as long as he can.

It really depends. Did you CLEARLY object to him removing your skirt, and CLEARLY tell him no?

If he forced you out of your clothes and then had sex with you and you were saying no the whole time and trying to stop him, then it is clearly rape and you should report it.

If you mildly objected when he took off your clothes and carried on kissing him, you are sending some very mixed signals which he may have missed.

You have to try and objectively look at what happened and consider the event, not simply from the point of view of whether you intended to have sex, or whether you regret it. You need to honestly look at the situation and consider if you were physically FORCED to have sex, and you were completely clear that it was a violation. If it is the latter, report it.

If he stopped when you said stop then it's ok. It's good that you said no so you weren't forced to do anything, but it's not rape until you say no and he keeps going.

if you said no and tried to stop him IT WAS RAPE. just because you were making out does not give him the right to take what he wants. you should call your local rape crisis hot-line it is anonymous and they can help you deal. this is called date rape and it haunted my daughter for many years until she got help

Yes it is rape if you said NO. it does not matter what happened before, when you said no or stop, or i don't want to, he should have stopped. Most women are rapped by someone that they know. Don't blame yourself, don't let him blame you, and don't let others convince you it was your fault. As soon as you said no it should have ended. Report it and follow through, because he will do it again.

If you tried to stop him, and he didn't desist, it's rape!
Go to the police! Remember to bring the clothing you wore and write down all the details you can remember about him and where it all happened.

I am so sorry to hear about your situation.
