I take lying very personal because I feel like someone that lies to me is questioning my intelligence, and that offends me. So why do men lie exactly? Oftentimes the lie gets men in more trouble than the truth would have. And the lies are dumb.

This girl and I have gone out a couple of times. She is a very friendly girl and has no problems striking up a conversation with anyone. Last semester she had told a mutual friend she had a crush on me. So now the problem is she is acting weird around me. She is not as easy going around me as she used to be. She avoids being alone with me and we don't talk nearly as often as we used to. It makes me feel like she isn't interested anymore but a friend of mine keeps trying to tell me that she is acting weird b/c she likes me...One more note---She once told me she had heard some things about me and recently has been hanging out with a girl who doesn't have much nice to say about me b/c of some stuff between her and my roommate...What is going on here?? Is she suddenly shy, no longer attracted to me, or being influenced by her new friend???

here's this very beautiful girl,at first we were very good friends and i've faleen in love w/ her so i've confess to her my real feelings!! but sad to say she didn't accept it and after that she would'nt talk to me anymore.!! few weeks later,i heard that she has a new bf which is true,so i tried to talked to her and luckyly she talked to me too and we became very good friends again!!! but still i really really love her even if i know she has a bf,but few weeks later,she broke up w/ her bf!!! and i think the reason is me coz now she's very sweet to me and i think she's in love w/ me too!!! but i don't want to court her anymore coz i'm afraid to ruin our friendship again!!! so what should ido???? will i confess to her again or just let the time decides what will ahppen to us?? what is the best thing i should do??????

I'm tired of this guy giving me mixed signals. He acts like he really likes me one minute, then the next he gets cold. We talk a lot, but never outside of the coffee place we work at or off of msn messenger. I've tried to get him to spend time with me in person in a non-coffee-brewing situation, but I was turned down twice because he had 'plans'. I'm pretty sure those plans were to spend all day alone playing video games.

I don't want him to think I'm a *****, especially since we work together and it'd be awkward, but I'm seriously thinking of just not talking to him anymore except when I have to. I don't intend to be rude...if he talks to me first I'll be as polite as can be, but I'm not going to start conversations anymore unless it's about who cleaned out the machines last night, y'know? lol

He gives off all the signs he likes me short of asking me out, but he wont spend time with me in person, except of course the days he's suddenly cold to me.

This girl, weve been to heaps of movies, heaps of lunches, and the occasional dinner and coffee after work as well.....she likes to touch me alot, and we always use to laugh.....recently shes been acting quite wierd.She wont wnt to reply to my txt;s, but when i see her sometimes shes happy, sometimes shes not etc.....i dont know whats going on, but she always doesnt ask me to go lunch with her anymore aswell and that kind of stuff???.......is she losing interest in me?....did i make her wait too long or something?

I want to go out on a blokes night out in leeds this weekend, maybe stay the night their if my lucks in!!! My girlfriend wants to come along she is constantly nagging me, what can i do to shut her up! Should i do my usual and start an argument with her then storm out? She keeps going on at me to spend more time wth her too! I dont mind her coming clubbing with me but just not all the time, too many pretty ladies in clubs! My bf or ex bf, whom Im trying to work things out with, still doesn't let me sleep over his house or even go to his house. it's been over 2 months (around the time we broke up) that he doesn't let me go over. It's because I dont' get along with his roommate but i've asked him to tellme what we can do to solve the problem and he never gives me a solution. he just avoids the topic. i'm getting sick of it now, especially since we're trying to get back together, so i asked him about it tonight and he said "why do u have to start trouble". so i kicked him out of my house because he refuses to find a way for me to be able to go over his house.
AM I wrong or right? If he isn't letting me over, i'm starting to feel it's something more than just issues with his roommate and that pisses me off. i've never not been welcome at someones house in my life.....

i have this friend, she's been my best friend since the 6th grade,
i'm in college now, so we've been friends for about 9 years.
i developed a crush in the ninth grade as i got to know her better. but i kept it to myself. she got with this one guy, and things were going smoothly for awhile then it went sour. she comes to me when she needs help/advice.i'll briefly skim, basically at the end of 9th grade i told her how i felt about her, she said it wasn't a good idea. it is now 2006 and she's had about 3 boyfriends, currently with one. we got to talking about regrets, she said she did have feelings for me and regretted saying no to relationship. she constantly complains about her bf, i love her so much and only want the best for her but it feels like she's looking for a guy who will be everything i Want to be to her but she still doesn't want a relationship with me. her bf's are always assholes,and i was always there for her,anyitme she needed me,i keep asking, what did i do wrong?

how to judge a person on the internet is sincere?

Im a 24 asian girl. I met a 30 US guy who said hes a very excellent guy. He got dumped by a model. And now he wanna find an asia girl. Well, I like him very much from what I know. But I need to make sure two things. One thing is that hes telling me all the truth. Second thing is that I wanna make sure he really loves me.

But how to make sure? Well, I dont know if I should trust an internet person. And why he wanna find an asian girl not US gals? Sounds strange. Im a ordinary gal. Even hes telling me the truth, I think there are a lotta girls around him, and chase him. Does he just make fun of me? Does he have any other possible purpose? He said hes a CFO in NY company.
