Im hoping Plan B is for the partner not for ur self and yes you can get it.Dont take them though

It is available over the counter for anyone 18 yr and older. She does not have to be present for you to buy it! If you are under 18, you still need a prescription to buy it and she would need to do this.
Note: It is only useful up to 72 hours after unprotected sex. Please do not use this as a constant form of birth control. It is intended for emergency use only!
