Do you have to? Are you doing it for your bf?....You should only do it when you are both mentally and daresay spiritually ready.
Please confide in someone you rate as having high moral standards. And the answer to your question is YES!! it is terrible if you are not prepared but highly enjoyable if both of you are crystal clear about each other.

to start off you don't have to give it up to anyone you don't feel comfortable with, be it your bf or whoever. that is something that you have to feel that you are ready to do for you. a womans virginity is sacred and i don't care if you 18 or you 40 you have to know when you are ready, not him. talk with him about it. tell him your views on how you feel. if he cares and respects you, he will understand. but if he's think with his "head in the southern region" it's just gonna go in one ear and out the other, and that's where you should not be with him( if he thinks about sex all the time). relationships are not about just sex. yes it's nice and can be fun(always be safe though. condoms condoms codoms) but the main root of a realtionship is communication. and communtion on sex has to be met by both parties. if there is no communication, there is not a set foundation, which ends badly on both parties. Don't let your man push you into something you don't want to do. Especially when it comes to your body and spirit.

You don't have to do anything you don't want to and if your boyfriend dosen't respect that then yall are not meant to be together. If he love u are even like u alot then he would respect your wish not to have sex. U don't have to be afraid.

Be very afraid. If you're not ready, then don't do it. And tell his horny butt to stop pressuring you if it makes you uncomfortable. It didn't hurt me my first time, but everyone is different.
