I havent seen him in over a week now and in that time he hasnt hardly been in touch(no txt or calls). He said he's been having probs with his daughter but why didnt he at least send me quick txt to let me know what was going on?do you think he's making excuses to not see me because he doesnt want me?

If a guy REALLY is interested, he'll at least send a quick text or email here and there. I just went through the same thing, honestly.

I'd move on, without calling him or anything else. If he does call, you can then say, "oh, sorry -- I'm off to see other people now." It's not cool for people to not stay in touch, and then expect the other party to just wait around and such. Kinda egotistical too, if I think about it?

Well, it might sound hard but children do and should come before love interests... maybe it is important to solve the issue with the daughter first before he get involved in a deeper relationship; or else it might just work as a barrier to your relationship

He might be being honest. Does he still talk to the mother of his child? He could be going through some problems with her, and he might not want to get you involved in any type of way. Give it about another week.

well you wouldn't know unless you sit him down and talk to him... he may be telling the truth and is just too stressed. or there is that possibility... set a date and ask away! gd luck :)
