Singles & Dating - 27 November 2006

Ok my bf wants this expensive phone for x-mass and I told him I will get that phone for him, however the last 3 to 4 days I went to the store they didn’t had it, so I went in on black Friday and they had 3 of them left, so I ask the guys how much it was and it was about 500 for just the phone by it self, I mean I love him so much but I don’t have 500 that I can just lose on a phone, so I call him at work and I told him how much the phone was and I told him they only have 3 left and they wont not get anymore in until after x-mass and I told him I will give him 300 and he can pay the rest of it him self , and he was suppose to buy me something for x-mass also and I start telling him how I never gotten any gift form him and I was compiling, so I give him the money and, and that night he came to my job and I was asking him were his phone was so I can see it and he keep saying I don’t have any phone so he takes out and shows me this ring and he said the phone is too expensive and I fell guilty that I never bought u anything and I just want to get u this ring it cost about 300. I mean it is my money and he acted like he paid for it, I mean I didn’t say anything I just said u shouldn’t have to and I cant take the ring back. And I my suppose to give him something for x-mass

I Have been seeing this guy for over a month now. He has met my son and we spend a lot of time together. Its been great. My recent past relationships have been terrible.. and i know that i am extreamly hesitant. We have not put a title on this "dating" so im assuming both of us are free to date others but i know that i dont want to and he said that he doesnt want to either. When we are together his pocketpc is constantly going off, there is always girls leaving messages on his myspace and he of course comments back. I dont think i can set myself up to be hurt again. how do i bring this up to him to end things, or do i just go at it as if none of this bothers me?

I've something to knw about gals in general n so i think a survey wud be the best option. I am a divorced 33 yr old man who is looking for a LTR. One of my past GF who was a friend prior to that, told me that I am one of the greatest guys who knows and showed me all of my strong points. In her opinion I need to find a woman who is at my level and not settle (hence my divorce).

When I look at a woman to see if I like her I not only look at her exterior I look at everything. Class, Charm, Intelligence, Drive, Determination, Family Values, Religion, Independence, Goals, Pashions, Social Skills, Dreams, Desires and many more things. Overall I want a woman who is my equal and we co-exist on many levels.

Most women I have found do not have it together enough to give me that wow! feeling. There was one but she did not seem into me cause of her work and family. Now I do not care if she is a size 4 or 10 but I do want someone who is active. I would rather have a woman who weights 20 pounds more and is active then skinny and lazy.

So, I ask....am I too picky?

well my bf for 3 yrs now and our living together well he treats me really nicely I can't complain but the heart of the matter is that I think he is losing interest in us. He now communicates much with our mutual friend and I read in his message to her that he cant wait for her nice lips. What the **** is going on? He says everytthing is ok am not to worry about anything but he's always writing to her almost everyday I love you Babie. Why is this happening? We've been happy till now am getting into depression please help me out.

there is a girl in my church that i really like. This morning we finally did a little bit of talking. she was getting the kids ready for a program that we are having at church In a little room. i asked her if i could come in and she said yes. She told me that that's her first time seeing me talk. I ALSO NOTICED THAT SHE WAS A LITTLE SHY IN FRONT OF ME. SHE WAS RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME IN THE ROOM. AFTER A WHILE SHE MOVED in the corner next to me where I could'nt see her. when we got out she told me that she liked a car that i have. and started talking about what kinda car she wanna get after she graduates from highschool. while we where at church someone brought her senior pictures and she came to me asking me if she looks pretty in the pictures. The interesting part!! when we where getting ready to leave she asked me used my phone and called her mom to tell her that she has a ride home. She asked me if i could take her home. and i took her home. What can i do next? i only see herinchurch?

I was seeing a guy 4 afew weeks then he dumped me by txt. i dont understand why. We first met each other through my best friend she was tryin 2 fix me up with her boyfriends cousin and he happened 2 b there, i saw him afew times but didnt think of him in a boyfriend way cus he was older than me alot older.But we got 2getha and i realy liked him, we was only 2getha 4 awhile then introduced me 2 his family i thought we must of been serious but on bonfire nite i brung him 2 meet afew friends and watch sum fireworks but it didnt go so well, my friends acted like kids and it must made him feel uncomfortable cus hes 30 not 17.Then the day after i didnt see him and he sent me a txt sayin we werent getin on and hes tried 2 make it beta but he cant its not workin why did he do it was it me? i was with my boyfriend for 3 months we broke up 2 weeks ago because i needed money to rent a new place and he was going to move in,. he told me he didnt have it but really didnt give me a reason so i broke up with him. that day i started to look for a smaller place that i could affort my self in the search i met this 28 year old contractor who was fixing the place i was looking at , we started to talk i told him i was intrested in the place if he can call the owner to discuss rent and price, this guy told me to give him my # he will call me back with all the info. Next day he call me and ask me if i like the place i told him it was fine and he said it was mine i ask him what he mean and he said it will come out the work he did for the house and i didnt have to pay any rent for the next 3 months and after it will only be 500.00 is an entire house with 3 rooms i couldnt believe it, he invite me out to dinner and of course i accept he is a great guy. wait theres more .....

okay i had a dream that my boyfriend cheatted on me and when i woke up i was crying, i called him and told him my dream and he started to cry with me saying that me crying is making him cry and that he would never cheat on me or do something that stupid cuz i mean the world to him and that i was his everything he told me to be carefull at school today he said he had a bad feeling but i don't know why....we don't go to the same schools because he goes to A.L.C and i go to a charder school called AFSA and he doesn't know anyone from my school befcause afsa only has 250 kids 9-12 but yea he's always at my house so i know he's not cheating he barely goes home i think i had that dream only because i was so used to him being at my house that when he went home my dream hit me good............so does this dream mean anything?.....

I received a text message from an unknown number a few weeks ago reading, 'Hi handsome this is my new number, how are ya.' I wondered who it was so I text back and got a reply. The girl says that she got the wrong number and was trying to text her friend Daniel.

To cut a long story short, we've been talking for a while now - via text and the phone. She sounds gorgeous but everytime I ask if she wants to meet up she makes some sort of excuse.

What is going on? Is she just winding me, not who she says she is or what?

This is really puzzling me. Should I stop talking to her?

well me and my girlfriend had broken up about 2 months ago.We had been together for 2 years i had a bit of a temper problem and i said some bad things to her and her best friend. That i now regret and i guess that was the last string for her and our relationship because she broke up with me and said she just wants to be friends. And she said one day we might get back together if things go right but thats no guarantee. I still love her and she says she still love me. We still talk and hang out and recently her apartment caught on fire and i offer her to stay with me until she gets her new apartments, i still care for her no matter what people like my mother and her mother tell me. Im still going to be here for her and her son which isnt mine(because she was pregnant when we got together real father not in her life) So what im trying to say is if i continue to be good to her and show her that i can and will change will she one day want to get back together.

okay so me and my boyfriend matt have been dating for awhile now but idk things just seem like they are going down hill very and i mean very slowly i love him to death and everything but last friday he really screwed up , i would explain but its a long story lets just say that he talked about cheating on me with another girl and i caught him but he didnt cheat when i confronted him he said he dosent know why he said it because he loves me dah dah dah dah dah an then i broke up with him after making him feel bad for about and hour all he kept trying to do that night was make things better and i kept pushing him and being hurtful a week later we got back together and i dont know if i can completley trust him if you dont have trust u dont have nothing. idk we talk like nothing ever happended i will bring up the situation every once in awhile he says hes sorry and everything i just dont know what to do. sometimes its hard to just talk to him. it happened with me and it was a scene out of a movie....
i was minding my business and suddenly saw him walk by... he was average looking not wearing anything that would make him stand out but for that moment i saw only him...
our eyes met and then i walked on feeling whoa wat just happened????
and then i turned back just to see him turning back to see me...
it was something right out of a movie...
i got his phone number from the place where he had come out from, we re meeting for coffee...
