I received a text message from an unknown number a few weeks ago reading, 'Hi handsome this is my new number, how are ya.' I wondered who it was so I text back and got a reply. The girl says that she got the wrong number and was trying to text her friend Daniel.
To cut a long story short, we've been talking for a while now - via text and the phone. She sounds gorgeous but everytime I ask if she wants to meet up she makes some sort of excuse.
What is going on? Is she just winding me, not who she says she is or what?
This is really puzzling me. Should I stop talking to her?
What would you do in my shoes?

I'd quit playing the game...even if she is texting you, remember the original message was for Daniel. And if she is with Daniel, why is she texting you?

I'm in that kind of thing now with this boy that my friend sold his phone too and he is trying to see me but i keep telling him that i don't want to cuz i don't know you like that then he gets mad and stops talking to me for a few days then he gets back to me.
so truthfully if someone could answer your question,tell them to answer this one too.
